Abstract
【解決手段】コンロッド(1)は、チタン合金から形成され、ロッド本体部(10)と、ロッド本体部の一端に設けられた小端部(20)と、ロッド本体部の他端に設けられた大端部(30)とを備え、大端部が、ロッド本体部の他端に連続するロッド部(33)と、ロッド部に結合されるキャップ部(34)とに分割された分割型コンロッドであり、キャップ部をロッド部に結合するボルト(40)をさらに備える。ボルトは、鋼から形成されたボルト本体(40a)と、ボルト本体の表面に設けられたリン酸塩被膜(40b)とを有する。

Claims (8)
- チタン合金から形成され、
ロッド本体部と、
前記ロッド本体部の一端に設けられた小端部と、
前記ロッド本体部の他端に設けられた大端部と、を備え、
前記大端部が、前記ロッド本体部の前記他端に連続するロッド部と、前記ロッド部に結合されるキャップ部とに分割された分割型コンロッドであって、
前記キャップ部を前記ロッド部に結合するボルトをさらに備え、
前記ボルトは、鋼から形成されたボルト本体と、前記ボルト本体の表面に設けられたリン酸塩被膜とを有するコンロッド。 - 前記リン酸塩被膜は、リン酸亜鉛被膜である請求項1に記載のコンロッド。
- 前記リン酸塩被膜は、リン酸マンガン被膜である請求項1に記載のコンロッド。
- 前記ボルトは、前記リン酸塩被膜上にグリス層を有していない請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のコンロッド。
- 前記リン酸塩被膜は、前記ボルトの最表面に位置する請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のコンロッド。
- 前記チタン合金は、Ti−5Al−1Fe合金である請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のコンロッド。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のコンロッドを備えた内燃機関。
- 請求項7に記載の内燃機関を備えた自動車両。
