Abstract
【解決手段】多孔体流路40に上部電極731を接触させ、遮蔽板45に下部電極733を接触させて、多孔体流路40と遮蔽板45とをスポット溶接することによって、流路部材50を製造し、下部電極733による遮蔽板45の押し込み変形量は、上部電極731による多孔体流路の押し込み変形量Dよりも小さい溶接方法。

Description
実施形態の場合、上記比較例に比べ、溶接による遮蔽板45の変形が抑制されることによって、流路部材50の厚みの精度が良好になる。この結果、スタッキング時の面圧が安定し、ひいては発電性能が安定する。なお、或る1つの基部410が溶接によって変形しても、この変形の影響は接続部450の変形によって吸収され、他の基部410は殆ど変形しない。よって、基部410の変形が流路部材50の厚みの精度を悪化させることは殆どない。
多孔体流路は、スポット溶接の前の状態において、遮蔽板に対して線接触や点接触してもよい。

Claims (5)
- 第1の電極を多孔体流路に接触させ、第2の電極を板材に接触させて、前記多孔体流路と前記板材とを、前記第1及び第2の電極によって前記板材の厚み方向に加圧してスポット溶接する方法であって、
前記板材が前記第2の電極に加圧される向きに変形する変形量は、前記多孔体流路が前記第1の電極に加圧される向きに変形する変形量よりも小さい
溶接方法。 - 前記第1の電極の端面の面積は、前記第2の電極の端面の面積よりも小さい
請求項1に記載の溶接方法。 - 前記多孔体流路は、前記スポット溶接を実行する前の状態において前記板材に面接触する部位が、前記スポット溶接によって接合される
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の溶接方法。 - 前記第1の電極を前記多孔体流路に面接触させて、前記スポット溶接を開始する
請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載の溶接方法。 - 前記板材は、燃料電池セルとして組み付けられた際にシール材を遮蔽する遮蔽板である
請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載の溶接方法。
