Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン1の排気ガス中に尿素水を噴射する尿素混合管39と、エンジン1の排気ガス中の窒素酸化物質を除去するSCRケース29を備え、尿素混合管39の排気ガス出口側にSCRケース29の排気ガス入口側を接続させる排気ガス浄化装置において、尿素水噴射ノズル76が配置される尿素混合管39の排気ガス入口側に遮熱板体78を設置させ、尿素混合管39の排気ガス入口側に遮熱板体78を介して尿素水噴射ノズル76を支持させる構造であって、尿素混合管39の遮熱板体78取付け部と遮熱板体78の混合管接合部の間に通気用凹部78aを形成したものである。

Claims (4)
- エンジンの排気ガス中に尿素水を噴射する尿素混合管と、前記エンジンの排気ガス中の窒素酸化物質を除去するSCRケースを備え、前記尿素混合管の排気ガス出口側に前記SCRケースの排気ガス入口側を接続させる排気ガス浄化装置において、
尿素水噴射ノズルが配置される前記尿素混合管の排気ガス入口側に遮熱板体を設置させ、前記尿素混合管の排気ガス入口側に遮熱板体を介して尿素水噴射ノズルを支持させる構造であって、前記尿素混合管の遮熱板体取付け部と前記遮熱板体の混合管接合部の間に通気用凹部を形成したことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記尿素混合管取付け部に対向する前記遮熱板体の接合部に通気用凹部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記尿素混合管の噴射体取付け部外側方に前記遮熱板体の接合部の一部を突設させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記尿素混合管の排気ガス入口側に尿素水噴射部を設け、前記尿素水噴射部に遮熱板体を介して尿素水噴射ノズルを取付けると共に、前記尿素水噴射部は、前記遮熱板を溶接固定する外殻ケースと、前記外殻ケースに接続する二重管状の外側連結管と内側連結管を有し、前記外側連結管と内側連結管を介して外殻ケースに前記尿素混合管の直管状部を接続したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
