Abstract
Description
耐高温酸化塗料を調製し、塗料に添加されたマイクロメートルのアルミニウム片の重量が塗料の総重量に対し30%で、マイクロメートルのアルミニウム片の長さが5〜10umであり、且つ、適宜な分散剤を添加して接着剤とマイクロメートルのアルミニウム片を均一に完全混合させ、得られた固体成分が50〜60wt%であった。
耐高温酸化塗料を調製し、塗料に添加されたマイクロメートルのアルミニウム片の重量が塗料の総重量に対し15%で、マイクロメートルのアルミニウム片の長さが5〜10umであり、且つ、適宜な分散剤を添加して接着剤とマイクロメートルのアルミニウム片を均一に完全混合させ、得られた固体成分が40〜50wt%であった。
耐高温酸化塗料を調製し、塗料に添加されたマイクロメートルのアルミニウム片の重量が塗料の総重量に対し10%で、マイクロメートルのアルミニウム片の長さが5〜10umであり、且つ、適宜な分散剤を添加して接着剤とマイクロメートルのアルミニウム片を均一に完全混合させ、得られた固体成分が35〜45wt%であった。
耐高温酸化塗料を調製し、塗料に添加されたマイクロメートルのアルミニウム片の重量が塗料の総重量に対し20%で、マイクロメートルのアルミニウム片の長さが5〜10umであり、且つ、適宜な分散剤を添加して接着剤とマイクロメートルのアルミニウム片を均一に完全混合させ、得られた固体成分が45〜55wt%であった。
耐高温酸化塗料を調製し、塗料に添加されたマイクロメートルのアルミニウム片の重量が塗料の総重量に対し5%で、マイクロメートルのアルミニウム片の長さが5〜10umであり、且つ、適宜な分散剤を添加して接着剤とマイクロメートルのアルミニウム片を均一に完全混合させ、得られた固体成分が25〜30wt%であった。

Claims (14)
- 鋼基板、及び
耐高温酸化塗膜を含み、
前記耐高温酸化塗膜は、耐高温酸化塗料を前記鋼基板に塗布し且つ焼付けることにより形成され、前記耐高温酸化塗料は、接着剤及び複数のマイクロメートルのアルミニウム片からなり、前記接着剤はAl−Oの三次元的な分子構造を有し、各前記マイクロメートルのアルミニウム片はマイクロメートルレベルの厚さ及び5〜30umの長さを有する、耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板。 - 前記鋼基板がマンガンボロン鋼基板である、請求項1に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板。
- 前記耐高温酸化塗膜の厚さが2〜10umである、請求項1に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板。
- 前記複数のマイクロメートルのアルミニウム片の重量が塗料の総重量に対し5〜30%である、請求項1に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板。
- 前記接着剤がゾルゲル(sol−gel)法により製造される、請求項1に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板。
- 前記耐高温酸化塗料の塗布方法が、噴霧塗布、ロール塗布及び浸漬塗布から選択された一つである、請求項1に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板。
- 前記耐高温酸化塗膜の焼付温度が120〜300℃である、請求項1に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板。
- 前記耐高温酸化塗膜の焼付時間が36〜90秒である、請求項1に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板。
- (a)請求項1に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板を提供する工程、
(b)前記耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板をオーステナイト状態に加熱する工程、及び
(c)前記耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板を金型に転送して、ホットスタンピングにより製品に成形する工程を含む、耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板のホットスタンプ成形方法。 - 工程(a)の前記耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板の引張強度が500〜600Mpaである、請求項9に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板のホットスタンプ成形方法。
- 工程(b)の加熱温度が870〜950℃である、請求項9に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板のホットスタンプ成形方法。
- 工程(b)の加熱時間が3〜5分である、請求項9に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板のホットスタンプ成形方法。
- 工程(c)は、前記製品が均一のマルテンサイト組織を備えるように、27℃/秒より大きい冷却速度で前記製品に対し成形圧保持の状態で焼入れを行う処理をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板のホットスタンプ成形方法。
- 前記製品の引張強度が1400MPaより大きい、請求項13に記載の耐高温酸化の塗裝鋼板のホットスタンプ成形方法。
