Abstract
【解決手段】LED素子12が実装されたPCB基板11に基板貫通孔13が形成されたLEDモジュール10と、LEDモジュール2つのPCB基板の各々の上面に安着し、連結リンク貫通孔21の一対が離隔するように形成された連結リンク20と、基板貫通孔と連結リンク貫通孔に締結されてLEDモジュール2つと安着した連結リンクとを相互結合させる導電性締結手段30を含む。LEDモジュールは、LED素子と第1配線で連結される第1接続端子14と、LED素子と第2配線で連結される第2接続端子を含み、連結リンクは、第1接続端子と接触しながら通電される一対の第3接続端子と、導電性締結手段を通じて第2接続端子と通電される一対の第4接続端子23を含む。

Claims (2)
- LED素子12が実装されたPCB基板11に基板貫通孔13が形成されたLEDモジュール10と、前記LEDモジュール10の2つのPCB基板11の各々の上面に安着し、連結リンク貫通孔11の一対が離隔するように形成された連結リンク20と、前記基板貫通孔13と連結リンク貫通孔21に締結されてLEDモジュール10の2つと安着した連結リンク20とを相互結合させる導電性締結手段30とを含み、かつ
前記LEDモジュールは10は、
基板貫通孔13の上端周りに基板貫通孔13、離隔するように形成されながらLED素子12と第1配線16で連結される第1接続端子14と、基板貫通孔13の下端周りから基板貫通孔13の内周面に延びるように形成され、LED素子12と第2配線17で連結される第2接続端子15とを含み、
前記連結リンク20は、
一対の連結リンク貫通孔21の各々の下端周りに連結リンク貫通孔21と離隔するように形成されながら互いに第3配線24で連結され、前記第1接続端子14と接触しながら通電される一対の第3接続端子22と、一対の連結リンク貫通孔21の各々の上端周りから連結リンク貫通孔21の各々の内周面に延びるように形成されながら互いに第4配線25で連結され、導電性締結手段30を通じて前記第2接続端子15と通電される一対の第4接続端子23とを含むことを特徴とする、LEDモジュール組立体。 - 一側に電源リンク貫通孔41が形成され、他側に電源供給部42が備えられ、LEDモジュール10のPCB基板11の上面に安着した状態で基板貫通孔13と電源リンク貫通孔41に締結される導電性締結手段30によりLEDモジュール10と結合される電源リンク40をさらに含み、かつ、
前記電源リンク40は、
電源リンク貫通孔41の下端周りに電源リンク貫通孔41と離隔するように形成されながら電源供給部42と第5配線45で連結され、前記第1接続端子14と接触しながら通電される第5接続端子43と、電源リンク貫通孔41の上端周りから電源リンク貫通孔41の内周面に延びるように形成されながら電源供給部42と第6配線46で連結され、導電性締結手段30を通じて前記第2接続端子15と通電される第6接続端子44とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDモジュール組立体。
