Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載されるエンジン(E)からの動力が伝達される駆動軸(24)に固定される固定シーブ(61)ならびに前記駆動軸(24)に軸方向相対移動可能かつ相対回転を不能として支持されて前記固定シーブ(61)に対向配置される可動シーブ(62)を有する駆動プーリ(57)と、駆動輪(WR)に連動、連結される被動軸(60)に設けられる被動プーリ(58)と、前記駆動プーリ(57)および前記被動プーリ(58)に巻き掛けられるVベルト(59)と、前記可動シーブ(62)の回転軸線周りに配置される複数の遠心ウエイト(75)を含んで構成されるとともに前記駆動軸(24)の回転に伴って前記遠心ウエイト(75)に作用する遠心力に応じて前記可動シーブ(62)を軸方向に移動させる遠心式シフト機構(72)と、前記可動シーブ(62)を軸方向に駆動し得るアクチュエータ(80)と、該アクチュエータ(80)の作動を制御する制御ユニット(100)とを備える車両用Vベルト式無段変速機において、前記制御ユニット(100)は、現在のエンジン回転数および目標エンジン回転数に基づいて前記アクチュエータ(80)の推力を決定するアクチュエータ推力決定手段(112)と、少なくともスロットル開度に基づいてアクチュエータ推力の補正値を定める補正値決定手段(113)と、前記アクチュエータ推力決定手段(112)で決定されたアクチュエータ推力を前記補正値決定手段(113)で定められた前記補正値に基づいて補正する推力補正手段(114)とを備えることを特徴とする車両用Vベルト式無段変速機。
- 前記補正値決定手段(113)が、前記スロットル開度と、前記目標エンジン回転数または前記被動軸(60)の回転数とに基づいて前記補正値を定めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用Vベルト式無段変速機。
- 前記補正値決定手段(113)は、前記スロットル開度と、前記目標エンジン回転数または前記被動軸(60)の回転数とに基づいて前記補正値を定めたマップを有し、そのマップによって前記補正値を定めることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用Vベルト式無段変速機。
- シフトパターンを相互に異ならせた複数の変速比モードを切替える変速比モード切替手段(105)が前記制御ユニット(100)に接続され、前記補正値決定手段(113)は、変速比モードに応じて前記補正値を定めることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用Vベルト式無段変速機。
