Abstract
Description
図4に示すように、本発明の実施の形態に係る航空用ガスタービン(ジェットエンジン)1は、航空機(図示省略)に用いられ、高温高圧の燃焼ガスを後方向へ排気(噴射)することにより推進力を発生させる装置である。また、航空用ガスタービン1は、筒状のコアカウル(ガスタービン内筒)3を具備しており、このコアカウル3の内側には、空気等(空気及び燃焼ガス)を軸方向(航空用ガスタービン1の軸方向)に沿って流通させるための環状の主流路(コア流路)5が形成されている。更に、コアカウル3の外側には、筒状のナセル(エンジン外筒)7がコアカウル3を囲むように設けられており、ナセル7の内周面とコアカウル3外周面との間には、空気を軸方向に沿って流通させるための環状のバイパス流路9が形成されている。
図5に示すように、発明例1に係る圧縮機静翼は、前縁からキャンバ基準点までの距離が26%コードに設定されかつ所定の割合(θ−θe)/θkとコード比との関係が実線で示されている。発明例2に係る圧縮機静翼は、前縁からキャンバ基準点までの距離が26%コードに設定されかつ所定の割合(θ−θe)/θkとコード比との関係が一点鎖線で示されている。発明例3に係る圧縮機静翼は、前縁からキャンバ基準点までの距離が38%コードに設定されかつ割合(θ−θe)/θkとコード比との関係が実線で示されている。
Claims (3)
- 流体を軸方向に沿って圧縮する軸流圧縮機に用いられ、流体の流れを整流する圧縮機静翼において、
キャンバ線上に、メタル角から出口メタル角を引いた角度のキャンバ角に対する割合が50%になるキャンバ基準点を有し、前縁から前記キャンバ基準点までの距離が26〜38%コードに設定されていることを特徴とする圧縮機静翼。 - 流体を軸方向に沿って圧縮する軸流圧縮機において、
内側に流体を軸方向に沿って流通させるための環状の主流路が形成された筒状の圧縮機ケースと、
前記圧縮機ケース内に軸方向に沿って回転可能に設けられ、外周面が前記主流路の半径方向内側の壁面の一部を構成しかつ回転可能な圧縮機ディスク、及び前記圧縮機ディスクの外周面にその周方向に沿って間隔を置いて一体的に設けられかつ前記主流路内に位置する複数の圧縮機動翼を備えた複数段の圧縮機ロータと、
前記圧縮機ケース内に前記軸方向に沿って複数段の前記圧縮機ロータと交互に設けられ、前記主流路内にその周方向に間隔を置いて配設されかつ流体の流れを整流する複数の圧縮機静翼を備えた複数段の圧縮機ステータと、
複数段の前記圧縮機ステータのうちの少なくともいずれかの段の前記圧縮機ステータにおける前記圧縮機静翼は、キャンバ線上に、メタル角から出口メタル角を引いた角度のキャンバ角に対する割合が50%になるキャンバ基準点を有し、前記圧縮機静翼の前縁から前記キャンバ基準点までの距離が26〜38%コードに設定されていることを特徴とする軸流圧縮機。 - 高温高圧の燃焼ガスを排気することによって推進力又は回転力を発生させるガスタービンにおいて、
請求項2に記載の軸流圧縮機を具備したことを特徴とするガスタービン。
