Abstract
Description
被験者の心拍に関する心拍情報を検出する拍動情報検出手段と、
前記被験者の所定部位に対してカフによる加減圧を行っている期間の脈波を検出する脈波検出手段と、
前記心拍情報から心臓の一心周期を検出し、当該一心周期での前記脈波の極大値の検出し、当該極大値に基づいて、前記脈波から前記被験者の心拍由来の振幅値、IABPによるアシストがされた振幅値、及び前記被験者の血流量由来の振幅値、の少なくとも一つを算出する振幅算出手段と、
前記振幅算出手段が算出した振幅値と、前記カフの加圧力と、の関係から血圧値を算出する血圧算出手段と、を備えるものである。
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態について説明する。図1は、本実施の形態にかかる生体情報測定装置1の構成を示すブロック図である。生体情報測定装置1は、カフ11、圧力センサ12、ポンプ13、電磁弁14、心電図電極15、出力手段16、入力手段17、及び制御演算手段20を有する。生体情報測定装置1は、非観血で血圧を測定できるものであればよく、生体情報モニタのように血圧以外の各パラメータを取得できるものであってもよい。なお、以下の説明では、生体情報測定装置1の被験者がIABP(Intra Aortic Balloon Pumping, 大動脈内バルーンパンピング)を使用している可能性があるものとする。
変形例として、被験者の体内を循環する血流量に着目した血圧値の算出方法について説明する。上記の説明では、被験者の心拍由来の血圧値、またはIABPによってアシストされた血圧値、のいずれかを算出することとして説明したが、以下の例では被験者の心拍由来の拍動とIABPによってアシストされた拍動の双方を考慮した血圧値の測定方法について説明する。

Claims (9)
- 被験者の心拍に関する心拍情報を検出する拍動情報検出手段と、
前記被験者の所定部位に対してカフによる加減圧を行っている期間の脈波を検出する脈波検出手段と、
前記心拍情報から心臓の一心周期を検出し、各一心周期での前記脈波の極大値を検出し、前記脈波から検出した極大値に基づいて、前記被験者の心拍由来の振幅値、IABPによるアシストがされた振幅値、及び前記被験者の血流量由来の振幅値、の少なくとも一つを算出する振幅算出手段と、
前記振幅算出手段が算出した振幅値と、前記カフの加圧力と、の関係から血圧値を算出する血圧算出手段と、を備える生体情報測定装置。 - 前記心拍情報は心電図であり、
前記振幅算出手段は、前記心電図からQRS波を検出し、当該QRS波の検出点を基準として各振幅値の算出処理を行う、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記振幅算出手段は、検出した前記一心周期に2つの極大値が存在する場合、前記QRS波の検出点から所定時間内にある前記脈波の下降側のピーク値を基準として、最初の極大値を前記被験者の心拍由来の振幅値として算出し、2つめの極大値をIABPによるアシストがされた振幅値として算出する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の生体情報測定装置。
- 前記振幅算出手段は、検出した各極大値に対して平均処理を行うことにより、前記被験者の血流量に由来する振幅値を算出する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の生体情報測定装置。
- IABPが前記被験者に使用されているか否かのモード情報を入力する入力手段を更に備え、
前記振幅算出手段は、前記モード情報に基づいて前記脈波の極大値の検出する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記振幅算出手段は、検出した前記一心周期に2つの極大値が存在する場合、当該2つの極大値の時間間隔に基づいて、IABPの動作タイミングが正常であるかを判定する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の生体情報測定装置。
- 前記振幅算出手段は、IABPのアシスト比と対応したデータ数を用いた平均処理を行う、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の生体情報測定装置。
- 被験者の心拍に関する心拍情報を検出する拍動情報検出ステップと、
前記被験者の所定部位に対してカフによる加減圧を行っている期間の脈波を検出する脈波検出ステップと、
前記心拍情報から心臓の一心周期を検出し、各一心周期での前記脈波の極大値を検出し、前記脈波から検出した極大値に基づいて、前記被験者の心拍由来の振幅値、IABPによるアシストがされた振幅値、及び前記被験者の血流量由来の振幅値、の少なくとも一つを算出する振幅算出ステップと、
前記振幅算出ステップにおいて算出した振幅値と、前記カフの加圧力と、の関係から血圧値を算出する血圧算出ステップと、を備える、生体情報測定方法。 - コンピュータに、
被験者の心拍に関する心拍情報を検出する拍動情報検出ステップと、
前記被験者の所定部位に対してカフによる加減圧を行っている期間の脈波を検出する脈波検出ステップと、
前記心拍情報から心臓の一心周期を検出し、各一心周期での前記脈波の極大値を検出し、前記脈波から検出した極大値に基づいて、前記被験者の心拍由来の振幅値、IABPによるアシストがされた振幅値、及び前記被験者の血流量由来の振幅値、の少なくとも一つを算出する振幅算出ステップと、
前記振幅算出ステップにおいて算出した振幅値と、前記カフの加圧力と、の関係から血圧値を算出する血圧算出ステップと、
を実行させる、プログラム。
