Description
なお、本発明に係る活性材料10の保護層142は多種金属材料及び/又はメタロイドを含んでもよく、ここでは二つの金属材料として例を挙げる。保護層142における第1の保護材料はリチウム金属/リチウムイオンと合金に形成でき、第2の保護材料はリチウム金属/リチウムイオンと合金に形成できず、かつ二つの金属は非合金態及び/又は合金態の形式で存在できる。このうち、第1の保護材料の含有量は0.1%以上であり、リチウム金属/リチウムイオンと合金に形成できる金属物質の含有量は少なくとも≧0.1%であり、第2の保護材料はリチウムと合金に形成されない。
第1の保護材料として、アルミニウム、スズ、シリコン、アルミニウム合金、スズ合金、シリコン合金或はリチウム合金に形成される材料が挙げられ、第2の保護材料として、単独の金属でも複数の金属又はメタロイド材料を組み合わせてもよい。例えば、銅、ニッケル、鉄、チタン、亜鉛、銀、金、銅合金、ニッケル合金、鉄合金、チタン合金、亜鉛合金、銀合金、金合金又はその組み合わせが挙げられる。
したがって、この保護層142は、二元合金、三元合金或いは多元合金の組み合わせであってもよい。例えば、保護層142が二元合金である場合、リチウムイオン/リチウム金属と合金に形成できるスズ金属と、チウムイオン/リチウム金属と合金反応を発生しないニッケル金属からなるニッケル−スズ合金であり、このうち、スズの含有量は0.1%以上である。
したがって、この保護層142は、二元合金、三元合金或いは多元合金の組み合わせであってもよい。例えば、保護層142が二元合金である場合、リチウムイオン/リチウム金属と合金に形成できるスズ金属と、チウムイオン/リチウム金属と合金反応を発生しないニッケル金属からなるニッケル−スズ合金であり、このうち、スズの含有量は0.1%以上である。
Claims (2)
- 前記保護層における第1の保護材料の成分には、一つの金属及び/または一つのメタロイド材料を含む請求項1に記載の活性材料。
- 前記金属及び/またはメタロイド材料は、アルミニウム、スズ、シリコン、アルミニウム合金、スズ合金、シリコン合金或はリチウム合金に形成される材料を含む請求項1に記載の活性材料。
