Abstract
Description
図1に示す燃焼システムは、以下に詳述する内燃機関10、過給機11、微粒子捕集装置(DPF14)、DPF再生装置(再生用DOC14a)、NOx浄化装置15、還元剤浄化装置(浄化用DOC16)および還元剤添加装置を備える。燃焼システムは車両に搭載されたものであり、当該車両は、内燃機関10の出力を駆動源として走行する。内燃機関10は、圧縮自着火式のディーゼルエンジンであり、燃焼に用いる燃料には、炭化水素化合物である軽油を用いている。
上記第1実施形態では、図10に示す波形状の板材を湾曲させて弾性部材40sを形成している。これに対し本実施形態では、図17に示すように、弾性を有する線材を編み込んだ網形状の部材を湾曲させて弾性部材400sを形成している。そして、ヒータ30と熱板40の間に弾性部材400sが配置されており、弾性部材400sは、ヒータ30および熱板40に弾性変形した状態で接触している。
以上、発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、発明は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、以下に例示するように種々変形して実施することが可能である。各実施形態で具体的に組合せが可能であることを明示している部分同士の組合せばかりではなく、特に組合せに支障が生じなければ、明示してなくとも実施形態同士を部分的に組み合せることも可能である。
Claims (9)
- 内燃機関(10)の排気に含まれるNOxを還元触媒上で浄化するNOx浄化装置(15)が排気通路(10ex)に備えられた燃焼システムに設けられ、前記排気通路のうち前記還元触媒の上流側へ還元剤を添加する還元剤添加装置において、
空気通路(23b)を形成する空気管(23)と、
前記空気管に接続され、前記空気通路から分岐する気化室(25a)を形成する気化容器(25)と、
液体の炭化水素化合物を還元剤として噴射する噴射弁(70)と、
前記気化室に配置され、前記噴射弁から噴射された還元剤を加熱して気化させる加熱手段(30、40)と、
前記加熱手段に接続され、前記気化室から前記空気通路の中まで延出する混合板(50)と、
を備えることを特徴とする還元剤添加装置。 - 前記加熱手段は、前記噴射弁から噴射された液体の還元剤が噴き付けられる熱板(40)、および前記熱板を加熱するヒータ(30)を有し、
前記混合板は前記熱板に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の還元剤添加装置。 - 前記混合板には、前記熱板に比べて熱伝導性の低い材質が用いられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の還元剤添加装置。
- 前記混合板はステンレス製であり、前記熱板は銅製であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の還元剤添加装置。
- 前記ヒータと前記熱板の間には弾性部材(40s、400s)が配置されており、
前記弾性部材は、前記ヒータおよび前記熱板に弾性変形した状態で接触していることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1つに記載の還元剤添加装置。 - 前記弾性部材には、前記熱板に付着したデポジットの燃焼温度にまで前記熱板を温度上昇させた場合であっても弾性が発揮される材質が用いられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の還元剤添加装置。
- 前記気化容器に取り付けられる保持部材(60)と、
前記保持部材と前記混合板とを結合する結合部材(BT)とを備え、
前記熱板は、前記保持部材と前記混合板との間に挟み付けられて保持されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか1つに記載の還元剤添加装置。 - 前記保持部材は、前記気化容器に取り付けられる容器側部材(61)と、前記熱板と接触して挟み込む熱板側部材(62)と、前記容器側部材および前記熱板側部材の間に介在する中間部材(63)と、を有し、
前記容器側部材および前記熱板側部材は金属製であり、かつ、前記中間部材には、前記容器側部材および前記熱板側部材に比べて熱伝導性の低い材質が用いられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の還元剤添加装置。 - 前記熱板側部材はステンレス製であり、前記熱板は銅製であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の還元剤添加装置。
