Claims (24)

- 前記蒸気圧を低下させるための前記デバイスは、蒸発線によって前記調整タンクに接続されたベンチュリ管を含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記尿素溶液から水を除去するための前記デバイスは、前記タンク内の前記尿素溶液を加熱するためのヒーターからなる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記タンク内の尿素の濃度を示す信号を生成するセンサーと、前記信号を受信するように接続され、更に前記ヒーターと前記タンク内の前記蒸気圧を低下させるための前記デバイスとを制御するように接続及び構成されたコントローラーとを備える、請求項4に記載の装置。

- 前記調整タンク内の前記尿素水溶液を加熱して前記尿素水溶液から水を蒸発させるステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記調整タンク内の前記尿素水溶液を加熱して、前記溶液からの尿素の析出を防止するのに十分な温度を維持するステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記調整タンク内の溶液のレベルを検知するステップと、閾値レベルの検知に応じて、所定量の尿素水を前記調整タンクへとポンプ輸送するステップとを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記調整された尿素水溶液中の尿素の前記目標濃度は、32.5%尿素以上である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記調整された尿素水溶液中の尿素の前記目標濃度は、約76.9%尿素である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記調整タンク内の前記尿素水中の尿素の濃度を決定するステップと、前記目標濃度を所定量超えた場合に、前記調整タンクに未調整の尿素溶液を添加するステップとを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
