Claims (15)
- 入口及び出口を備えた流体経路を持つポンプ本体と、
前記入口と前記出口との間において前記流体経路に沿って配置されたダイアフラムと、
前記流体経路に沿った流れの方向を制御するための逆止弁と、
ダイアフラム作動ユニットと、
を有し、前記ダイアフラム作動ユニットが不平衡モータを有する、流体ポンプ。 - 前記不平衡モータは、前記ダイアフラムに固定的に接続された、請求項1に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記不平衡モータのモータ本体は、前記ダイアフラムに接続された、請求項2に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記不平衡モータの動きを制約するための動き制約ユニットを更に有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記動き制約ユニットは、前記不平衡モータの動きの自由度を制約するよう構成された、請求項4に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記動き制約ユニットは、1つの面に略沿って動くよう前記不平衡モータを制約するよう構成された、請求項5に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記動き制約ユニットは、前記不平衡モータを前記ポンプ本体に枢動可能に装着するよう構成された、請求項5又は6に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記動き制約ユニットは、前記不平衡モータの動きの振幅を制限するよう構成された、請求項5乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記動き制約ユニットは更に、前記不平衡モータの動きの最大振幅を調節可能とする振幅調節器を有する、請求項8に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記動き制約ユニットは弾力性部材を有する、請求項4乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記弾力性部材は板ばねである、請求項10に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記動き制約ユニットは、前記ポンプ本体上にあるか又は前記ポンプ本体が装着された筐体上にある、請求項4乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記不平衡モータは、低電圧直流モータである、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記流体ポンプの流量を制御するように前記不平衡モータを動作させるよう構成されたコントローラを更に有する、請求項13に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の流体ポンプを有する蒸気生成器。
