前記管の軸心方向に配設されるとともに、熱可塑性プロファイルを受ける円筒状巻回面を規定するスライド手段であって、前記巻回面は、製造される管の内径に対応する直径を有するスライド手段と、
前記巻回面に沿って実質的にラジアル方向に突出し、前記受けられたプロファイルを当該プロファイルの先行の巻回部に向けて案内する螺旋状経路を形成する複数のローラであって、前記螺旋状経路に沿ったそれらの軸心方向位置を調節するための手段を備えている複数のローラと、
押し出された溶接塊を受け取り、当該溶接塊を、前記プロファイル巻回部の両側エッジの少なくとも一方に供給するように構成された溶接ステーションと、
前記プロファイル巻回部を互いに溶接されるべく押し付けるための手段と、
前記管を前記スライド手段から離間する軸心方向に移動させるために前記管を受け取り回転させるように構成された前進手段とを有する。
Claims (7)
- 螺旋状に巻回され溶接された管を製造する方法であって、
実質的に矩形の断面を備える熱可塑性プロファイル(1)を、前記管の軸心方向に配設されるとともにこの製造される管の内径に対応する直径を有する円筒状巻回面を規定するスライド手段(12,13)上に受ける工程と、
螺旋状経路(S)に沿って離間配置され且つラジアルに配置された複数のローラ(10)の軸心方向位置(d)を前記螺旋状経路に沿って調節することで、これらラジアルに配置された複数のローラ(10)によって、前記受けられたプロファイル(1)を、前記スライド手段(12,13)上で前記螺旋状経路(S)に沿って前記円筒状の表面上における前記プロファイルの先行の巻回部に向けて案内する工程と、
前記プロファイルの巻回部の両側エッジ(1a,1b)を、これらプロファイル巻回部間に押出し溶接塊(6)を供給し、その後、それらを互いに対して押し付けることによって溶接する工程と、
前記管(4)を、それを回転支持部(2A)上にスライドさせることによって前記ローラ(10)によって軸心方向に前進させる工程とを有する、方法。 - 各ローラ(10)の軸心方向位置(d)は、軸心方向位置(d)調節とその大きさとの必要性を示す力ゲージ(16)に応答してシフトされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ラジアルに配置されたローラ(10)と軸心スライド手段(12,13)とは、異なる直径の管(4)を形成するために、前記溶接装置の星形フレームワークのラジアル延出部(17)に沿ってユニット(15)として移動される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 螺旋状に巻回され溶接された管を製造する装置であって、
前記管の軸心方向に配設されるとともに、熱可塑性プロファイル(1)を受ける円筒状巻回面を規定するスライド手段(12,13)であって、前記巻回面は、製造される管(4)の内径に対応する直径を有する、スライド手段(12,13)と、
前記巻回面に沿って実質的にラジアル方向に突出し、前記受けられたプロファイル(1)を当該プロファイルの先行の巻回部に向けて案内する螺旋状経路(S)を形成する複数のローラ(10)であって、前記螺旋状経路(S)に沿ったそれらの軸心方向位置(d)を調節するための調節手段(14)を備えている複数のローラ(10)と、
押し出された溶接塊(6)を受け取り、当該塊を、前記プロファイルの巻回部の両側エッジ(1a,1b)の少なくとも一方に供給するように構成された溶接ステーションと
前記プロファイルの巻回部を互いに溶接されるべく押し付けるための手段(10)と、
前記管(4)を前記スライド手段(12,13)から離間する方向に移動させるために前記管(4)を受け取り回転させるように構成された前進手段(2A)とを備える、装置。 - 前記調節手段(14)は、各ローラ(10)の軸心方向位置(d)をシフトさせるように構成され、そして、前記調節手段(14)において、軸心方向位置(d)調節の必要とその大きさを示す力ゲージ(16)を備えている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ローラ(10)とスライド手段(12,13)とは、二つの軸心方向回転スチールローラ(12,13)と一つのラジアル回転ローラ(10)とを含むユニット(15)として構成されている、請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
- 前記ユニットは、前記溶接装置の星形フレームワークの径方向延出部(17)上に配設され、前記延出部は、異なる直径の管を形成するために、これらユニット(15)を前記延出部に沿って移動可能とするための調節手段(18)を備える、請求項6に記載の装置。
