Claims (13)
- 軽量気泡コンクリート(ALC)製であって本体をなし、温水パイプ(P)を配管施工できるように凹溝(130)が形成される複数の暖房パネル(100)と、
前記暖房パネル(100)の上部に積み重ねられる上部仕上げ層(200)と、
を備えることを特徴とする床面暖房システム。 - 前記暖房パネル(100)は、
前記温水パイプ(P)を直線状に配管できるように直線凹溝(131)が形成される直線配管用パネル(110)と、
前記直線状に配管される温水パイプ(P)の方向を選択的に切り換えるように曲がり凹溝(133)が形成される方向切換え用パネル(120)と、
の選択的な組み合わせにより設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の床面暖房システム。 - 前記曲がり凹溝(133)は、
前記温水パイプ(P)の方向を180°切り換えて配管できるように緩やかな曲率をもって形成される少なくとも一つの第1の凹溝(121a)と、
前記直線凹溝(131)に直線状に配管される温水パイプ(P)の方向を90°切り換える第2の凹溝(121b)と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の床面暖房システム。 - 前記第2の凹溝(121b)は、隣設される方向切換え用パネル(120)の第2の凹溝(121b)に連なって前記第1の凹溝(121a)と同じ形状を呈することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の床面暖房システム。
- 前記方向切換え用パネル(120)には、第1および第2の凹溝(121a)(121b)と連通されるとともに、互いに直交する方向に隔設される第3の凹溝(121b)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の床面暖房システム。
- 前記凹溝(130)は、
前記温水パイプ(P)の外径に比べて1.3〜2倍大きい幅に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の床面暖房システム。 - 前記温水パイプ(P)が配管された凹溝(130)内の隙間には、
モルタル製または自己平準化モルタル製の熱伝達用詰込材(140)が充填されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の床面暖房システム。 - 前記上部仕上げ層(200)は、
モルタル製または自己平準化モルタル製であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項7に記載の床面暖房システム。 - 温水パイプ(P)を配管施工できるように凹溝(130)が形成される複数の暖房パネル(100)と、
前記暖房パネル(100)の上部に積み重ねられる上部仕上げ層(200)と、
を備えるが、
前記暖房パネル(100)の上面および凹溝内に熱拡散板(150)が介在されることを特徴とする床面暖房システム。 - 前記暖房パネル(100)は、
軽量気泡コンクリート(ALC)製であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の床面暖房システム。 - 前記熱拡散板(150)は、
アルミニウムまたは亜鉛鍍鋼板などの金属製であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の床面暖房システム。 - 前記上部仕上げ層(200)は、
セルロース繊維強化セメント(CRC)ボードまたはマグネシウムボードなどの無機質系ボードであることを特徴とする請求項7または請求項9に記載の床面暖房システム。 - 前記上部仕上げ層(200)は、
5〜20mmの厚さに形成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の床面暖房システム。
