Claims (17)

- 前記長尺要素が、前記長尺要素の遠位端に球状末端を含む、請求項2に記載の医療器具送達系。
- 前記球状末端が、前記チャネルを貫通するように構成される、請求項3に記載の医療器具送達系。
- 送達鞘を更に含み、前記埋込型医療器具及び前記送達器具が、前記送達鞘の一又は二以上の内腔の中に配置され得る、請求項1に記載の医療器具送達系。
- 前記送達器具及び前記送達鞘に連結された留置アクチュエータを更に含み、前記留置アクチュエータが、前記埋込型医療器具の位置を調節し得るように構成された、請求項5に記載の医療器具送達系。
- 前記第二の接続機構が前記器具の近位端の近傍に存在する、請求項1に記載の医療器具送達系。
- 前記エラストマー要素が、前記第一の接続機構に固定的に連結されてなる、請求項1に記載の医療器具送達系。

- 前記第一のカテーテル及び前記第二のカテーテルが同軸上に配置されてなる、請求項11に記載の医療器具送達系。
- 前記長尺要素が前記第一及び第二のカテーテルと同軸上に配置されてなる、請求項12に記載の医療器具送達系。
- 埋込型医療器具及び送達器具を含む医療器具送達系であって、
前記埋込型医療器具が、前記器具の近位端の近くに配置された接続機構を含み、ここで前記接続機構が、前記接続機構に固定的に連結されたエラストマー要素を含み、ここで前記エラストマー要素が、前記エラストマー要素の内部に軸方向に延在するチャネルを含み、
前記送達器具が、前記エラストマー要素に隣接するように配置された遠位端を有するカテーテルと、前記カテーテルの内部に実質的に同軸上に配置された長尺要素とを有し、ここで前記長尺要素が、前記エラストマー要素と分離可能に連結されるように配置された球状遠位末端を含み、ここで前記長尺要素が、前記チャネルの中を通過し得るように構成されてなる、医療器具送達系。 - 更に送達鞘を含み、ここで前記埋込型医療器具及び前記送達器具が、前記送達鞘の一又は二以上の内腔の内部に配置され得る、請求項14に記載の医療器具送達系。
- 前記送達器具及び前記送達鞘に連結された留置アクチュエータを更に含み、ここで前記留置アクチュエータは、埋込型医療器具の位置を制御可能に構成される、請求項15に記載の医療器具送達系。

埋込型医療器具、送達器具、及び送達鞘を含む医療器具送達系を提供し、ここで前記埋込型医療器具が、前記器具の近位端の近傍に配置された接続機構を含み、ここで前記接続機構が、前記接続機構に固定的に連結されたエラストマー要素を含み、ここで前記エラストマー要素が、前記エラストマー要素の内部に軸方向に延在するチャネルを含み、ここで前記送達器具が、前記エラストマー要素に隣接するように配置された遠位端を有するカテーテルと、前記カテーテルの内部に実質的に同軸上に配置された長尺要素とを有し、ここで前記長尺要素が、前記エラストマー要素と分離可能に連結されるように配置された球状遠位末端を含み、ここで前記長尺要素が、前記チャネルの中を通過し得るように構成されてなり、
前記送達鞘内の前記埋込型医療器具を送達形態に変換すると共に、前記送達鞘の遠位端を体内の留置位置まで進行させ、
