Claims (10)
- 陽極材料が塗布された銅箔と、陰極材料が塗布されたアルミニウム箔と、隔膜として機能する2個の合成樹脂製フィルムと、から成る積層体(5)が巻回された巻回要素(3)と、
電解質と、
前記銅箔と導電的に接続された銅製の集電体(7)と、
前記アルミニウム箔と導電的に接続されたアルミニウム製の集電体(9)と、
金属製の容器(13)と金属製のカバー構成(15)とを有するハウジング(11)と、
を有するバッテリセル(1)、特にリチウムイオンバッテリセルであって、
前記容器(13)は、前記巻回要素(3)及び2個の前記集電体(7、9)が、前記バッテリセル(1)の製造中に前記ハウジング(11)内へとそれを通して挿入される開口部(14)を有し、
前記カバー構成(15)は、前記容器(13)の前記開口部(14)を気密かつ圧密に閉鎖し、
前記カバー構成(15)では、前記ハウジング(11)の内部の前記集電体(7、9)の一方とそれぞれが接触する導電性の接触構成(19)を、前記ハウジング(11)から出して気密に貫通させるための貫通構成が形成される、前記バッテリセル(1)において、
前記集電体(7)の一方は、ハウジング接触集電体(29)として、前記ハウジング(11)と直接的に機械的及び導電的に接触するよう構成されて配置されることを特徴とする、バッテリセル(1)。 - 前記ハウジング接触集電体(29)は、前記容器(13)と直接的に機械的及び導電的に接触する、請求項1に記載のバッテリセル。
- 前記ハウジング接触集電体(29)は、前記カバー構成(15)と直接的には機械的及び導電的に接触しない、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリセル。
- 前記ハウジング接触集電体(29)は、プレート形状の領域(35)を有し、前記プレート形状の領域(35)は、前記カバー構成(15)に対して平行に伸長し、その縁部が、前記容器(13)の内部表面と機械的及び導電的に接触する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル。
- 前記プレート形状の領域(35)は、前記容器(13)の対向する2つの壁(41)の間の幅に相当する幅(d)を有する、請求項4に記載のバッテリセル。
- 前記ハウジング接触集電体(29)の前記プレート形状の領域(35)の縁部領域(37)は、前記容器(13)の側壁(41)に対して平行な方向に曲げられる、請求項4又は5に記載のバッテリセル。
- 前記ハウジング(11)及び前記集電体(7、9)は、薄板金で形成され、前記ハウジング接触集電体(29)の前記薄板金は、前記容器(13)の前記薄板金とは異なる厚さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル。
- 前記集電体(7、9)は単体である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル。
- 前記ハウジング(11)は、角柱形状を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(1)を有する車両(100)。
