Description
Claims (15)
- 選択式触媒還元配量システム用の流体噴射器であって、
流体をポンプで送り込み噴射するように、付勢されたときポンプを第1の状態から第2の状態に駆動するように配列されたコイルと、
外部駆動電圧が前記コイルから取り除かれたとき、および前記コイルの両端間の電圧がPN接合の絶縁破壊電圧より上にあるとき、絶縁破壊し、前記コイル中に蓄積されたエネルギーを放出するように前記コイルの両端間に電気的に配列された前記PN接合であって、前記PN接合および前記コイルが、冷却システムを共有する、前記PN接合とを備える、流体噴射器。 - 請求項1に記載の流体噴射器において、前記PN接合が、前記コイルの両端間に電気的に配列されたダイオード内にある、流体噴射器。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の流体噴射器において、前記PN接合が、前記コイルの両端間に電気的に配列された過渡電圧抑制器内にある、流体噴射器。
- 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の流体噴射器において、前記PN接合が、直接前記コイルに接続される、流体噴射器。
- 請求項4に記載の流体噴射器において、前記PN接合が、前記コイルの端子にはんだ付けされる、流体噴射器。
- 請求項1に記載の流体噴射器において、前記PN接合および前記コイルが、共通の冷却ジャケット内にある、流体噴射器。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の流体噴射器において、前記PN接合の前記絶縁破壊電圧が、前記駆動回路における別の関連するPN接合の絶縁破壊電圧より低い、流体噴射器。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の流体噴射器において、車両噴射システムの一部であるように構成される流体噴射器であって、前記コイルの前記付勢が、エンジン制御ユニットを介して制御される、流体噴射器。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の流体噴射器において、前記システムが、前記PN接合の満足のいく動作を診断するように構成された診断回路を備える、流体噴射器。
- 請求項9に記載の流体噴射器において、前記診断回路が、前記コイルの放電の間電流減衰を測定するように配列される、流体噴射器。
- 請求項9に記載の流体噴射器において、前記診断回路が、前記コイルの放電の間電圧減衰を測定するように配列される、流体噴射器。
- 請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の流体噴射器において、前記流体噴射器が、車両上に使用されるように構成される流体噴射器。
- 請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の流体噴射器において、前記流体噴射器が、選択式触媒還元配量噴射器、燃料噴射器および水噴射器のうちの1つである流体噴射器。
- 流体噴射器のコイルを放電する方法であって、
流体をポンプで送り込み噴射するようにポンプを第1の状態から第2の状態に駆動するために電気的エネルギーを前記流体噴射器のコイルに供給するステップと、
前記コイルへの電気的エネルギーの前記供給を停止するステップと、
前記コイル中に蓄積された前記電気的エネルギーが前記コイルの両端間に電気的に配列されたPN接合を通して消散することを可能にするステップであって、前記PN接合および前記コイルが、冷却システムを共有する、ステップとを含む、方法。 - 流体噴射器を組み立てる方法であって、
コイルの端子の両端間にPN接合を取り付けるステップであって、前記コイルが、流体を駆動するようにポンプを第1の状態から第2の状態に駆動するように配列され、前記PN接合および前記コイルが、冷却システムを共有する、ステップを含む、方法。
