Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施例にかかる複合材料形成用フィルム10の断面を概略的に示したものである。
本発明にかかる複合材料の製造方法は、(a)複合材料形成用フィルムを製造するステップと、(b)樹脂含浸連続繊維層を形成するステップ、および(c)キャリアフィルムと樹脂含浸連続繊維層を圧着するステップを含む。
[実施例1]
17μmの平均直径および2400texの繊維束を有するガラス繊維層を製作した。そして、ポリプロピレンを主成分とするキャリアフィルムを2つ製作した後、各キャリアフィルムの一面にモノマーおよびオリゴマー状態のプロピレンを主成分とする低粘度樹脂層を形成した。
実施例1にかかる複合材料と同様の方式で製作するが、低粘度樹脂層をポリエステル系ウレタンプレポリマーと硬化剤(ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート)を主成分とする低粘度樹脂層を形成した。
17μmの平均直径および2400texの繊維束を有するガラス繊維層を製作し、ポリプロピレンを主成分とするプラスチックフィルムを2つ製作した。
前記実施例と比較例により製造された複合材料に対して、機械的性質を評価する実験を行った。

Claims (10)
- 連続繊維層;及び
前記連続繊維層のいずれか一面に付着し、前記連続繊維層と付着される面に低粘度樹脂層が形成されたキャリアフィルム;を含む複合材料形成用フィルム。 - 前記低粘度樹脂層は、
前記キャリアフィルムと相溶性を有する単量体およびオリゴマーの1種以上を含む樹脂組成物からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料形成用フィルム。 - 前記連続繊維層は、
熱またはUV光によって前記連続繊維層の内部に含浸されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料形成用フィルム。 - 前記キャリアフィルムは、
前記連続繊維層の両面に付着され、
それぞれのキャリアフィルムが有する低粘度樹脂層は別の物質で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料形成用フィルム。 - 前記連続繊維層は、
ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、玄武岩繊維、アラミド繊維を含む有機繊維および無機繊維から選ばれた1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料形成用フィルム。 - 前記キャリアフィルムは、
ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、PET(polyethylene terephthalate)、PPS(polyphenylene sulfide)、PEEK(polyetherehterketone)、PLA(polylactic acid)およびABS(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer)から選ばれた1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料形成用フィルム。 - (a)キャリアフィルムのいずれか一面に低粘度樹脂層を形成し、前記低粘度樹脂層上に連続繊維層を付着して複合材料形成用フィルムを製造するステップ;
(b)前記低粘度樹脂層を前記連続繊維層内部に含浸させて、樹脂含浸ガラス繊維層を形成するステップ;及び
(c)前記キャリアフィルムと前記樹脂含浸連続繊維層を圧着するステップ;を含む複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記(b)ステップは、
50℃〜100℃の温度条件下で樹脂含浸連続繊維層を形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記(b)ステップは、
UV光を照射して樹脂含浸連続繊維層を形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記(c)ステップは、
100℃〜380℃の温度条件下で圧着することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
