Description
Claims (9)
- 圧力下で成形されることとなる成形材料を含有するモールド・キャビティーを含む成形システムであって、1つまたは複数の凹部が、前記成形材料の縁部に設けられており、圧力下での前記成形材料の成形の間に、閉じ込められたガスが前記モールド・キャビティーの中から逃げることを可能にし、前記成形材料は、プリフォームされた熱硬化性材料を含み、前記熱硬化性材料は、強化パーツおよび結合パーツを含み、前記結合パーツは、前記強化パーツを基材に結合するためのものであり、プリフォームは、その縁部において1つまたは複数のチャネルを提供するように形状決めされており、1つまたは複数の凹部を提供し、成形の間に前記プリフォームの末端を越えて空気が逃げることを可能にする、成形システム。
- 前記凹部は、単に、前記結合パーツの前記縁部を越えて設けられている、請求項1に記載の成形システム。
- 前記強化パーツは、強化樹脂材料を含浸されている繊維強化材料の1つまたは複数の層を含む、請求項1または2に記載の成形システム。
- 前記成形材料は、前記成形材料を金属層に結合するための層を含む、請求項3に記載の成形システム。
- 前記成形材料は、プリフォームを含み、前記プリフォームは、セレーションまたは波状のリップを含み、前記セレーションまたは波状のリップは、その縁部において前記プリフォームの末端を越えて延在しており、成形の間に、前記セレーションまたは波状のリップおよび前記キャビティーによって形成された前記凹部の中への空気の流れを可能にする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の成形システム。
- 前記成形材料は、モールド・エレメントおよび金属層によって形成されたキャビティーの中に含有される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の成形システム。
- 前記モールドは、加熱されることができ、前記モールドが、熱可塑性材料を軟化させるかまたは熱硬化性材料を硬化させることができるようになっている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の成形システム。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステムの中で使用するための成形材料のためのモールドであって、前記モールドは、少なくとも2つの対応するモールド・エレメントを含み、少なくとも2つの対応するモールド・エレメントは、互いに向けておよび互いから離れるように、互いに対して移動可能であり、互いに向けての前記移動は、前記モールドによって形成されたキャビティーの中に位置決めされている成形材料に圧力を働かせ、ここで、前記モールド・エレメントが接触した状態のときに、前記モールド・キャビティーは、凹部を含み、前記凹部は、前記成形材料の前記縁部を越えて位置付けされており、成形の間にガスが逃げることを可能にする、モールド。
- 請求項8に記載のモールドの中で使用するための請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステムの中で使用するための成形材料であって、前記成形材料は、プリフォームされた熱硬化性材料を含み、プリフォームは、その縁部において1つまたは複数のチャネルを提供するように形状決めされており、1つまたは複数の凹部を提供し、成形の間に前記プリフォームの末端を越えて空気が逃げることを可能にする、成形材料。
