Claims (15)
- 基礎(4)に支承された複数の支柱(3)の配列を有する、ソーラモジュール(2)用の支持構造(1)であって、
各支柱(3)に、支持体ユニット(5)が旋回可能に支承されており、該支持体ユニット(5)は、横方向支持体(6)を支持する2つのステー(7a,7b)を有しており、該ステー(7a,7b)の、前記横方向支持体(6)とは反対の側に向いた端部は、旋回支承部に支承されており、前記横方向支持体(6)は、ガイド手段によって移動可能に前記支柱(3)に支承されており、前記横方向支持体(6)には、ソーラモジュール(2)を支承するための取付け手段が設けられており、前記支持体ユニット(5)の旋回位置の調節および位置固定により、前記ソーラモジュール(2)の傾きが設定されていることを特徴とするソーラモジュール(2)用の支持構造(1)。 - 1つの支えのそれぞれ1つの長手方向の端部が、1つの横方向支持体(6)の長手方向の一端部に結合されている、請求項1記載の支持構造(1)。
- 前記両支えは、鈍角を成すように前記旋回支承部に向かって延びている、請求項1または2記載の支持構造(1)。
- 前記ガイド手段は、該ガイド手段によって前記ソーラモジュールの連続的に変化する傾角が設定され得るように、形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の支持構造(1)。
- ガイド手段として、前記横方向支持体(6)に長穴(10)が設けられていて、前記支柱(3)に、前記長穴(10)内でガイドされるピン(11)が設けられている、請求項4記載の支持構造。
- 前記旋回支承部は、該旋回支承部において前記支持体ユニット(5)が不動の回転点を中心として回転可能であるように、形成されている、請求項5または6記載の支持構造。
- 前記横方向支持体(6)の前記長穴(10)は、湾曲された軌道に沿って延びている、請求項6記載の支持構造。
- 前記旋回支承部は、前記ステー(7a,7b)の、該旋回支承部において合体する端部が、前記支持体ユニット(5)の旋回時に1つの軌道に沿って運動されるように、形成されている、請求項4または5記載の支持構造。
- 前記横方向支持体(6)の前記長穴(10)は、1つの直線に沿って延びている、請求項8記載の支持構造。
- 前記ガイド手段は、該ガイド手段によって前記ソーラモジュール(2)の1つの傾角または不連続な複数の傾角が設定され得るように、形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の支持構造。
- ガイド手段として、前記横方向支持体(6)に、不連続に続く複数の穴が設けられており、前記支柱(3)にピン(11)が設けられており、該ピン(11)は、傾角を設定するために、選択的に前記穴のうちの1つの穴に導入される、請求項10記載の支持構造。
- ガイド手段として、用途固有に唯1つの穴が前記横方向支持体(6)に加工されており、前記横方向支持体(6)における前記穴の位置が傾角を規定し、前記支柱(3)には、ピン(11)が設けられており、該ピン(11)が前記穴に導入される、請求項10記載の支持構造。
- 前記横方向支持体(6)上に長手方向支持体(8)が支承されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の支持構造。
- 前記長手方向支持体(8)上にソーラモジュール(2)が支承されている、請求項13記載の支持構造。
- 前記長手方向支持体(8)上に、モジュール支持体が支承されており、該モジュール支持体上にソーラモジュールが支承される、請求項13記載の支持構造。
