Claims (15)
- 担体と、
前記担体上に配置される少なくとも第1の担体電極を含む電極パターンと、
光電子モジュールと、
を含み、
前記光電子モジュールは、
四面体を共に画定するように配置される第1の、第2の、第3の及び第4の電気接点と、
AC電圧が前記第1の電気接点と前記第2の電気接点との間に印加されることに反応して発光する第1の光源と、
AC電圧が前記第3の電気接点と前記第4の電気接点との間に印加されることに反応して発光する第2の光源と、
を含み、
前記電極パターンは、前記光電子モジュールの前記第1の電気接点と前記第2の電気接点との間、又は、前記第3の電気接点と前記第4の電気接点との間のAC電圧の提供を可能にする、照明デバイス。 - 複数の光電子モジュールを含む、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記第1の光源は、前記第1の電気接点に接続される第1の端子と、前記第2の電気接点に接続される第2の端子とを有し、前記第2の光源は、前記第3の電気接点に接続される第1の端子と、前記第4の電気接点に接続される第2の端子とを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の照明デバイス。
- カバーシートを更に含み、前記光電子モジュールは、前記担体と前記カバーシートとの間に挟まれている、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記電極パターンは、前記カバーシート上に配置されるカバーシート電極を含み、前記カバーシート電極は、前記光電子モジュールの前記第1の、第2の、第3の及び第4の電気接点のうちの少なくとも1つに電気的に接触している、請求項4に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記第1の電気接点、前記第2の電気接点、前記第3の電気接点及び前記第4の電気接点のうちの3つは、前記第1の担体電極に接続し、前記第1の電気接点、前記第2の電気接点、前記第3の電気接点及び前記第4の電気接点のうちの1つは、前記カバーシート電極に接続している、請求項5に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記第1の光源及び前記第2の光源のそれぞれは、アノード及びカソードを含み、前記光電子モジュールは、それぞれ、アノード及びカソードを含む第3の光源及び第4の光源を更に含み、
前記第1の光源の前記アノードは、前記第1の電気接点に接続され、
前記第2の光源の前記カソードは、前記第3の電気接点に接続され、
前記第3の光源の前記カソードは、前記第2の電気接点に接続され、
前記第4の光源の前記アノードは、前記第4の電気接点に接続され、
前記第1の光源の前記カソード、前記第2の光源の前記アノード、前記第3の光源の前記アノード及び前記第4の光源の前記カソードは、互いに接続されている、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記電極パターンは、前記担体上に配置される第2の担体電極を更に含む、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光電子モジュールは、前記第1の光源及び前記第2の光源によって放射された光を散乱させるために、前記第1の電気接点、前記第2の電気接点、前記第3の電気接点及び前記第4の電気接点によって画定される前記四面体内に配置される拡散器材料を含む、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 吸音材料を更に含む、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記第1の光源及び前記第2の光源のそれぞれは、固体光源である、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光電子モジュールは、少なくとも1つの標準的なダイオードを含む、請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記電極パターンは、抵抗電極、透明電極及び反射性不透明電極のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 照明デバイスを製造する方法であって、
担体を提供するステップと、
四面体を共に画定するように配置される第1の、第2の、第3の及び第4の電気接点と、AC電圧が前記第1の電気接点と前記第2の電気接点との間に印加されることに反応して発光する第1の光源と、AC電圧が前記第3の電気接点と前記第4の電気接点との間に印加されることに反応して発光する第2の光源とを含む、少なくとも1つの光電子モジュールを前記担体上に配置するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの光電子モジュールを、前記第1の電気接点と前記第2の電気接点との間、又は、前記第3の電気接点と前記第4の電気接点との間のAC電圧の印加を可能にする電極パターンに接続するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの光電子モジュールを、前記担体とカバーシートとの間に挟むステップを更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
