Claims (27)
- 診断用機器のためのプローブヘッドであって、
伝送用光ファイバと、
複数の収集用光ファイバと、
前記伝送用光ファイバから検査部位へ光を透過させるレンズと
を備え、前記収集用光ファイバの端部が面取りされているプローブヘッド。 - 収集用ファイバの面取りされた端部のそれぞれが、前記収集用光ファイバの長手軸に垂直な平面に対して角度を有する端面を備える請求項1に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記端面が、前記伝送用光ファイバから離れる方向に向かって角度を有する請求項2に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記端面が、前記伝送用光ファイバに向かう方向に向かって角度を有する請求項2に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記端面の角度が、0°から25°の範囲にある請求項3又は4に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記端面の角度が、0°から20°の範囲にある請求項5に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記端面の角度が、10°から15°の範囲にある請求項6に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記レンズが、前記伝送用光ファイバの端面から離間している請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記レンズから前記伝送用光ファイバの端面までの距離が1000μm未満である請求項8に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記収集用光ファイバが、前記伝送用光ファイバの周囲のリング内に配置される請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記レンズが、ボールレンズ、凸レンズ、両凸レンズ、アキシコンレンズ及び屈折率分布レンズのいずれかを備える請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記伝送用光ファイバと関連づけられた狭帯域フィルタを更に備える請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記狭帯域フィルタが、前記伝送用光ファイバの遠位端、前記レンズ及び前記伝送用光ファイバと前記レンズとの間に位置する板のいずれかの上に配置されたフィルタを備える請求項12に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記収集用光ファイバと関連づけられたロングパスフィルタを備える請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 前記ロングパスフィルタが、前記収集用光ファイバの遠位端、前記レンズ及び前記収集用光ファイバと前記レンズとの間に位置する板のいずれかの上に配置されている請求項14に記載のプローブヘッド。
- 単色光源と、
前記単色光源からの光が伝送用光ファイバを通るような、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のプローブヘッドと、
前記収集用光ファイバからの光を受光するための分光分析装置と、を備え、
前記分光分析装置が、グレーティング素子を備え、
前記分光分析装置が、光検知装置を更に備え、前記グレーティング素子が、光検知装置の領域に光を回折させるように配置されている診断用機器。 - 前記プローブヘッドを受けるための器具ヘッドを備え、前記プローブヘッドが、前記レンズが組織と直接接触して配置されることを可能にするために前記器具ヘッドの端部を越えて延伸している請求項16に記載の診断用機器。
- 前記グレーティング素子が、透過格子及び反射格子のいずれかを備える請求項16又は17に記載の診断用機器。
- 処理装置を更に備え、前記処理装置が、前記光検知装置からデータを受信し、スペクトルを含む出力を生成するように動作可能である請求項16〜18のいずれか1項に記載の診断用機器。
- 前記光検知装置がセンサアレイを含み、前記データがピクセル値を含む請求項19に記載の診断用機器。
- 前記データは飽和に対してチェックされ、飽和が発見された場合には拒絶される請求項20に記載の診断用機器。
- スペクトルを生成することが対応するピクセルをビニングすることを含む請求項20又は21に記載の診断用機器。
- スペクトルを生成するステップが、受信データからバックグラウンド信号を減算することを含む請求項18〜22のいずれか1項に記載の診断用機器。
- スペクトルを生成するステップが、受信データを平滑化することを含む請求項18〜23のいずれか1項に記載の診断用機器。
- スペクトルを生成するステップが、平滑化された受信データに多項式曲線を近似させ、平滑化された受信データから近似曲線を減算することを含む請求項18〜24のいずれか1項に記載の診断用機器。
- 汚染に対して前記スペクトルをチェックし、前記スペクトルが有効である場合に、健康又は異常な組織に対応する前記スペクトルとして分類し、それに応じて出力を生成するように動作可能である請求項18〜25のいずれか1項に記載の診断用機器。
- 請求項16〜26のいずれか1項に記載の診断用機器を用いることと、
組織の位置を検査することと、
健康又は異常な組織に対応するスペクトルの分類を受信することと、
前記組織が異常である場合にサンプルを取得すること
を含む生検を行う方法。
