Abstract
Description
−ポリマー系マトリックスは、EVA、EMA、EBA、EEA、EPM、EPDM、VLDPE、LLDPE、ポリオレフィンエラストマー(POE)、ポリオレフィンプラストマー(POP)、又はそれらの組み合わせを含む。
−1つ以上の無水物コポリマーは、ポリマー系マトリックスの10〜40重量部を示し、且つ、1つ以上の塩基性又は両性の金属酸化物は、前記ポリマー系マトリックスの100部当たり7.5〜22.5重量部を示す。
−1つ以上の充填剤は、ポリマー系マトリックスの100部当たり200〜350重量部を示す。
−1つ以上の充填剤は、炭酸カルシウム及び/又はカルシウム炭酸マグネシウムである。
−無水物コポリマーは、無水マレイン酸モノマー又は無水マレイン酸基でグラフトされたオレフィンモノマーを含む。
−1つ以上の金属酸化物は、酸化ナトリウム、酸化リチウム、酸化カリウム、酸化ルビジウム、酸化鉄、酸化ベリリウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化ストロンチウム、酸化バリウム、酸化銅、酸化アルミニウム、酸化鉛、酸化亜鉛、又はそれらの組み合わせである。
−熱可塑性組成物は、熱又は光安定化剤、帯電防止剤、加工油剤、及び/又はその他の加工添加剤を更に含む。
−熱可塑性組成物の少なくとも1つの層は、支持体層であり、且つ、前記PVC非含有表面カバーリングは、多層表面カバーリングである。
−PVC非含有表面カバーリングは、支持体層を覆う摩耗層と、摩耗層を覆うポリウレタン系ワニス層とを含む。
Claims (10)
- 熱可塑性組成物の少なくとも1つの層を含むPVC非含有多層表面カバーリングにおいて、前記熱可塑性組成物は、
−100重量部を示し、且つ、1つ以上のオレフィン系ポリマーと、ポリマー系マトリックスの5〜40重量部を示す1つ以上の無水物コポリマーとを含む前記ポリマー系マトリックスと、
−前記ポリマー系マトリックスの100部当たり少なくとも100重量部を示す1つ以上の充填剤と、
−前記ポリマー系マトリックスの100部当たり5〜40重量部を示す1つ以上の塩基性又は両性の金属酸化物と、
を含むことを特徴とする、PVC非含有多層表面カバーリング。 - 請求項1に記載のPVC非含有多層表面カバーリングにおいて、前記ポリマー系マトリックスは、EVA、EMA、EBA、EEA、EPM、EPDM、VLDPE、LLDPE、ポリオレフィンエラストマー(POE)、ポリオレフィンプラストマー(POP)、又はそれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とするPVC非含有多層表面カバーリング。
- 請求項1乃至2の何れか1項に記載のPVC非含有多層表面カバーリングにおいて、前記1つ以上の無水物コポリマーは、前記ポリマー系マトリックスの10〜40重量部を示し、且つ、前記1つ以上の塩基性又は両性の金属酸化物は、前記ポリマー系マトリックスの100部当たり7.5〜22.5重量部を示すことを特徴とするPVC非含有多層表面カバーリング。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のPVC非含有多層表面カバーリングにおいて、前記1つ以上の充填剤は、前記ポリマー系マトリックスの100部当たり200〜350重量部を示すことを特徴とするPVC非含有多層表面カバーリング。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のPVC非含有多層表面カバーリングにおいて、前記1つ以上の充填剤は、炭酸カルシウム及び/又はカルシウム炭酸マグネシウムであることを特徴とするPVC非含有多層表面カバーリング。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のPVC非含有多層表面カバーリングにおいて、前記無水物コポリマーは、無水マレイン酸モノマー又は無水マレイン酸基でグラフトされたオレフィンモノマーを含むことを特徴とするPVC非含有多層表面カバーリング。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のPVC非含有多層表面カバーリングにおいて、前記1つ以上の金属酸化物は、酸化ナトリウム、酸化リチウム、酸化カリウム、酸化ルビジウム、酸化鉄、酸化ベリリウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化ストロンチウム、酸化バリウム、酸化銅、酸化アルミニウム、酸化鉛、酸化亜鉛、又はそれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とするPVC非含有多層表面カバーリング。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のPVC非含有多層表面カバーリングにおいて、前記熱可塑性組成物は、熱又は光安定化剤、帯電防止剤、加工油剤、及び/又はその他の加工添加剤を更に含むことを特徴とするPVC非含有多層表面カバーリング。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載のPVC非含有多層表面カバーリングにおいて、熱可塑性組成物の前記少なくとも1つの層は、支持体層であり、且つ、前記PVC非含有表面カバーリングは、多層表面カバーリングであることを特徴とするPVC非含有多層表面カバーリング。
- 請求項8に記載のPVC非含有多層表面カバーリングにおいて、前記支持体層を覆う摩耗層と、前記摩耗層を覆うポリウレタン系ワニス層とを更に含むことを特徴とするPVC非含有多層表面カバーリング。
