Abstract
Description

本発明は、移植可能な心臓補助装置として用いることができる血液ポンプに関し、さらに詳細には、一体化された超音波流量センサを有する改良された血液ポンプ装置に関する。
Claims (15)
- 血液ポンプであって、
剛性ハウジング、前記ハウジング内に延在する流路、および血液を前記流路に沿って推進するための前記ハウジング内の少なくとも1つの可動要素を有している、血液を送り出すための移植可能なポンプと、
前記ポンプを通る血液の流量を測定するためのセンサと、
を備えており、
前記センサは、前記ポンプの前記ハウジングに取り付けられている、
血液ポンプ。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記流路を少なくとも部分的に画定する内面および空洞を画定する外面を有する第1のハウジング要素を備え、前記センサは、前記空洞内に配置されている、請求項1に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記センサは、少なくとも2つの超音波トランスデューサを備えている、請求項2に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記流路は、上流方向および下流方向に延在する流路軸に沿って延在しており、前記第1のハウジング要素は、前記流路軸に対して斜角で下流側を向く第1のプラットホームの表面と、前記流路軸に対して斜角で上流側を向く第2のプラットホームの表面を画定しており、前記超音波トランスデューサは、前記第1のプラットホームに取り付けられた第1のトランスデューサおよび前記第2のプラットホームに取り付けられた第2のトランスデューサを備えている、請求項3に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記プラットホームの各々は、前記流路軸に対して実質的に45°の傾斜を有している、請求項4に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記超音波トランスデューサは、接着剤によって前記プラットホームに取り付けられている、請求項4に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングは、第2のハウジング要素を備えており、前記第1および第2のハウジング要素は、協働して前記流路の少なくとも一部を画定しており、前記トランスデューサは、前記トランスデューサの1つから放出された超音波が、前記流路を通って前記第2のハウジング要素に向かって進み、前記第2のハウジング要素から反射し、前記トランスデューサの他の1つに向かって進むように、配置されている、請求項4に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記第1のハウジング要素内の前記空洞を覆うカバーをさらに備えている、請求項2に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記空洞内に配置され、前記センサに接続された電気回路をさらに備えている、請求項2に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記流路は、流入端および流出端を有しており、前記センサは、前記流路の前記流入端に隣接して取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記流路は、流入端および流出端を有しており、前記センサは、前記流路の前記流出端に隣接して取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプは、回転ポンプである、請求項7に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプは、前記可動要素を動かすための1つまたは複数の電気要素を備えており、 前記装置は、前記電気要素に電力を供給するように機能する外部制御ユニットと、前記ポンプおよび前記少なくとも1つの超音波センサを前記外部制御ユニットに接続するための駆動ラインと、をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記センサは、前記駆動ラインを通って、前記外部制御ユニットに接続されている、請求項13に記載の血液ポンプ。
- 前記駆動ラインは、前記ポンプと前記外部制御ユニットとの間の唯一の接続部である、請求項14に記載の血液ポンプ。
