Description
Claims (20)
- 液体レベル検出器であって、
筺体と、
前記筺体を通じて延在するアームと、
前記筺体内に配置される複数の動作可能に連結されるレバーと、を備え、前記レバーのうちの第1のレバーが前記アームに動作可能に連結され、前記レバーのうちの第2のレバーが前記第1のレバーに動作可能に連結され、液体が既定のレベルに達すると、前記アームの動きがスイッチに接触することなく前記第1のレバーを動かして、前記第2のレバーに前記スイッチを開閉させる、液体レベル検出器。 - 前記レバーのうちの前記第1のレバーが第1の回転方向に動き、前記レバーのうちの第2のレバーが前記第1の回転方向とは反対の第2の回転方向に動く、請求項1に記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 連結部をさらに備え、前記連結部が前記第2のレバーに調節可能に連結され、前記連結部の位置が前記既定のレベルに影響する、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記第2のレバーが、前記連結部が通って調節可能に連結される細長い開口部を画定し、前記連結部が、前記第1のレバーに沿った異なる位置で前記第1のレバーに接触するように前記第2のレバーに沿った異なる位置へ動かされ得る、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記アームを付勢するバネをさらに備える、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記バネが前記バネの予圧を調節するように調節可能なバネシートに連結され、前記バネの前記予圧が前記液体レベルの変化に応答した前記アームの動きの大きさに影響する、請求項5に記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記第2のレバーの動きを制限するための止め具をさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記第2のレバーが、前記スイッチを開閉するための鉄系材料を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記スイッチがレバーレスリミットスイッチである、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記スイッチが誘導型近接センサを備える、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 液体レベル検出器であって、
筺体と、
前記筺体を通じて延在するアームと、
前記アームおよび前記筺体に連結されるレバーアセンブリと、を備え、液体が既定のレベルに達すると、前記アームの動きが磁場を介して前記レバーアセンブリにスイッチを開閉させる、液体レベル検出器。 - 前記アームが前記筺体の外側に位置するディスプレーサに連結されるべきである、請求項11に記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記アームを付勢するバネをさらに備える、請求項11又は12に記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記バネの予圧を調節するように前記バネが調節可能なバネシートに連結され、前記バネの前記予圧が前記液体レベルの変化に応答した前記アームの動きの大きさに影響する、請求項13に記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記レバーアセンブリが、前記スイッチを開閉するための鉄系材料を含む、請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記スイッチがレバーレスリミットスイッチである、請求項11〜15のいずれかに記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記スイッチが誘導型近接センサを備える、請求項11〜16のいずれかに記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 前記レバーアセンブリが、第1のレバーおよび第2のレバーを含み、前記液体が前記既定のレベルに達すると、前記第1のレバーの動きが磁場を介して前記第2のレバーに前記スイッチを開閉させる、請求項11〜17のいずれかに記載の液体レベル検出器。
- 液体レベル検出器であって、
液体を取り換えるための手段の動きを増幅するための手段であって、前記液体が既定のレベルに達すると、スイッチに接触することなく、前記スイッチを作動させるための手段を有する、手段を備える、液体レベル検出器。 - 前記増幅するための手段が、前記既定のレベルを調節するように前記増幅するための手段を調節するための手段を含む、請求項19に記載の液体レベル検出器。
