Claims (10)
- 媒体を噴射するための、特に燃料を燃焼室内に噴射するための噴射弁(1)において、
出口側(3)に少なくとも1つの噴射口(4)を備えたハウジング(2)と、
電磁コイル(5)と、
前記電磁コイル(5)によって直線運動せしめられる磁石可動子(6)と、
前記噴射口(4)を開閉するための、直線運動せしめられるニードル弁(7)と、
前記磁石可動子(6)の、出口とは反対側に第1のストッパ(11)と、前記磁石可動子(6)の、出口に面した側に第2のストッパ(12)とを有しており、前記磁石可動子(6)が前記第1のストッパ(11)と前記第2のストッパ(12)との間で、前記ニードル弁(7)に対して直線運動せしめられるようになっており、
さらに、前記ニードル弁(7)に接合されたガイド部材(16)を有していて、該ガイド部材(16)の外側面(18)が前記磁石可動子(6)の直線運動のためのガイドとして用いられ、前記第2のストッパ(12)が前記ガイド部材(16)の一体的な構成部分である、
噴射弁。 - 前記第1のストッパ(11)がリング(17)に形成されていて、該リング(17)が前記ガイド部材(16)に被せ嵌められていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記リング(17)が前記ガイド部材(16)に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記リング(17)の横断面がL字形であることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記リング(17)が、前記第1のストッパ(11)の、出口とは反対側においてのみ、前記ガイド部材(16)と溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記ガイド部材(16)が前記ニードル弁(7)と溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記ガイド部材(16)が、前記第2のストッパ(12)の、出口に面した側においてのみ、前記ニードル弁(7)と溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記ガイド部材(16)が、前記第2のストッパ(12)と共に一体的な回転部分または切削部分として製作されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記第2のストッパ(12)が、前記ガイド部材(16)から垂直に突き出していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の噴射弁。
- 前記ガイド部材(15)が、前記ニードル弁(7)に被せ嵌められたスリーブとして構成されているか、または前記ガイド部材(15)が、前記ニードル弁(7)を延長する部材として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の噴射弁。
