Claims (12)
- カードスロットを有する筐体と、
前記カードスロットの両側に位置決めされた第1および第2の接点をそれぞれ有する第1および第2の接地端子を有し、複数の第1の接合部を含む、前記第1および第2の接地端子を電気的に接続するバーを有する、第1のウエハと、
第1の信号端子および第2の信号端子を有し、複数の尾部スタブを支持する、第2のウエハであって、前記信号端子が各々、接点と、信号尾部と、それらの間に延在する本体とを有し、前記第1および第2の信号端子の前記接点が、前記カードスロットの両側に位置決めされ、前記複数の尾部スタブが各々、第2の接合部および接地尾部を有する、第2のウエハと、
第3の信号端子および第4の信号端子を有する第3のウエハであって、前記第3および第4の信号端子が各々、接点と、信号尾部と、それらの間に延在する本体とを有し、前記第3および第4の信号端子の前記接点が、前記カードスロットの両側に位置決めされ、前記第2のウエハの前記第1の端子および前記第3のウエハの前記第3の端子が、第1のブロードサイド結合差動対を形成し、前記第2のウエハの前記第2の端子および前記第3のウエハの前記第4の端子が第2のブロードサイド結合差動対を形成する、第3のウエハと、
前記第1の接合部を前記第2の接合部と電気的に接続する複数の導電部材と、を備える、コネクタ。 - 前記第2および第3のウエハ内の前記尾部は、単列である、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記接点は、水平配向であり、前記尾部の列は水平配向を横断する方向に延在し、前記列は、接地尾部を含む、請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記列は、直線である、請求項3に記載のコネクタ。
- 第1の側および取り付け側を有する筐体であって、前記第1の側が、カードスロットを含み、前記取り付け側が、回路基板上に取り付けられるように構成される、筐体と、
複数の第1の信号端子を支持する第1のウエハであって、各第1の信号端子が、接点と、尾部と、それらの間に延在する本体とを含む、第1のウエハと、
複数の第2の信号端子を支持する第2のウエハであって、各第2の信号端子が、接点と、尾部と、それらの間に延在する本体とを含み、前記第1および第2の信号端子の前記本体が、ブロードサイド結合関係にあり、前記第1および第2のウエハのうちの少なくとも1つが、複数の尾部スタブを支持する、第2のウエハと、
複数の接地端子を支持する第3のウエハであって、各接地端子が、接点と、本体と、端部とを含み、前記接地端子が、尾部を含まない、第3のウエハと、
前記端部を前記尾部スタブに電気的に接続する少なくとも1つの共通化部材と、を備える、コネクタ。 - 前記信号端子の前記尾部および前記尾部スタブは、単列である、請求項5に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記列は、直線である、請求項6に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記接地端子の前記端部は、前記第3の端子内で共通化される、請求項5に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ウエハは、取り付け面を有し、前記共通化部材は、前記取り付け面からの前記ウエハに挿入される、請求項5に記載のコネクタ。
- 第1の面上にカードスロットを有する筐体であって、前記カードスロットが、第1の側および第2の側を有する、筐体と、
接地ウエハ、信号ウエハ、および信号ウエハを含むパターンに配列された複数のウエハであって、該複数のウエハの各々が、第1の端子および第2の端子を支持し、前記第1の端子が、前記第1の側に接点を有し、前記第2の端子が、前記第2の側に接点を有し、前記接地端子が各々、端部を有し、該端部が、前記信号ウエハによって支持された尾部スタブに電気的に接続される、複数のウエハと、を備える、コネクタ。 - 前記尾部スタブおよび前記信号端子の前記尾部は、単列である、請求項10に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記列は、直線である、請求項7に記載のコネクタ。
