前記第1の側に位置決めされた第1の保持バーと、を備え、
前記複数のウェハが、前記頂壁まで延在し、前記絶縁性フレームに、前記頂壁に隣接した切り欠きを有し、それにより、前記頂壁に沿い、かつ前記切り欠きを通る曲がりくねった空気経路を提供する、レセプタクル。 - 前記第2の側に位置決めされた第2の保持バーを更に備え、前記第2の側が、前記第1の側の反対側にある、請求項1に記載のレセプタクル。
- 前記第1の保持バーが、前記側壁の一方から他方の側壁まで延在している、請求項1に記載のレセプタクル。
- 前記第1の保持バーが、前記ウェハセットを越えて延在している、請求項3に記載のレセプタクル。
- 前記ウェハセットによって支持されたカードスロット部材を更に備える、請求項1に記載のレセプタクル。
- 前記端子の接点は、前記折り畳まれる形態によって他の端子のうちの1つの端子の接点に面するように方向付けられる、請求項1に記載のレセプタクル。
