Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- a)各フィルタの2つ以上の外表面は、セラミック・フィルタの隣接する表面と表面との間に配置された取り外し可能なスペーサを備えて別のセラミック・フィルタの外表面に隣接し、前記隣接する表面と表面との間の間隔が作業表面上において均一になるように配置される、正方形又は長方形の断面形状、4つの外表面、及び共通の長さを有する複数のセラミック・フィルタを配列して組み立てる工程と、
b)1つのセラミック・フィルタが残るまで、順次、1つ以上の前記セラミック・フィルタ又は前記セラミック・フィルタの横方向列を取り外す工程と、隣接する表面と表面との間の前記スペーサを取り外す工程と、
c)前記作業表面上の前記1つのセラミック・フィルタの前記外表面にセメント層を塗布する工程と、
d)前記セラミック・フィルタ又はセラミック・フィルタの横方向列が取り外された位置であって、前記セラミック・フィルタの前記隣接する表面に塗布された前記セメント層に接するように前記セラミック・フィルタの表面を配置する位置に、前記隣に接するセラミック・フィルタ又はセラミック・フィルタの横方向列を戻す工程と、
e)順次、セラミック・フィルタの前記外表面又はセラミック・フィルタの横方向列の外表面にセメント層を塗布する工程と、前記セラミック・フィルタ又はセラミック・フィルタの横方向列が取り外された位置であって、セラミック・フィルタの表面が前記セラミック・フィルタの前記隣接する表面に塗布された前記セメント層に接するように配置する位置に、前記隣に接するセラミック・フィルタ又はセラミック・フィルタの横方向列を、すべての前記セラミック・フィルタが前記セラミック・フィルタのすべての隣接する表面と表面との間に均一なセメント層を有する前記作業表面上の同じ位置に戻されるまで、戻す工程と、
を備えた方法。 - 前記セラミック・フィルタ同士を配列して結合するために前記セメントを硬化する工程をさらに備えた請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記作業表面は平坦か又はv字型の作業表面である請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 1つのセラミック・フィルタ又は横方向の1列が残るまで、順次、前記セラミック・フィルタの横方向列を取り外す工程と、隣接する表面と表面との間の前記スペーサを取り外す工程と、を備えた前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック・フィルタは、前記作業表面に関して同じ位置に前記セラミック・フィルタを戻すシステムを用いて取り外される前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記システムが前記セラミック・フィルタを取り外し又は元の位置に戻す複数の位置に、前記作業表面が移動する前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック・フィルタを元の位置に戻す前に、前記作業表面上に配置された前記セラミック・フィルタの前記表面であって、前記セラミック・フィルタが元の位置に戻される位置に隣接する前記セラミック・フィルタの表面に、セメント層が塗布される前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の前記セラミック・フィルタを設置後に、前記隣接する表面と表面との間に配置されたスペーサを有する前記隣接する表面と表面との間の前記間隔の厚み及び/又は前記厚みの一貫性が測定される前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の間隔が指定厚みの仕様を満たさない場合、1つ以上の前記フィルタが前記作業表面から取り外される請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記スペーサは前記隣接するセラミック・フィルタの前記面積の70%以上と接している前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記スペーサがメッシュ構造である前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記スペーサは塑性構造である前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記スペーサは再利用される前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック・フィルタの各々が元の位置に戻されると、前記セラミック・フィルタが前記別のセラミック・フィルタに対して同じ場所に残るように制限される前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記接着層の前記厚みは約0.5mmと2.5mmとの間であり、いずれの2つのセラミック・フィルタ表面に沿った前記変動は1.0mm以下である前記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
