Claims (9)
- 放射性要素(8)をパッケージ(50)に装填する方法であって、以下の連続ステップ、
(a)プールにおいて、放射線防護手段(32)を備える保管バスケット(30)に複数の放射性要素(8)を載置するステップと、
(b)前記放射性要素(8)を格納する前記バスケット(30)を前記プールから取り出すステップと、
(c)前記放射性要素(8)を格納する前記バスケット(30)を前記パッケージ(50)に装填するステップと、
を記載の順序で包含する方法。 - 各放射性要素(8)が前記保管バスケット(30)の中で重力により所定位置に保持される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 数個のバスケット(30)が前記パッケージに装填されるようにステップ(a)から(c)が数回反復される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記パッケージ(50)に一緒に収容される前記数個のバスケット(30)が、前記数個のバスケットが収容される前記パッケージの空洞(44)の側面(60)に対してほぼ相補的である外側面を画定する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記パッケージ(50)に装備される放射線防護手段(54a,54b)も設けられる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記放射性要素(8)を格納する前記バスケット(30)が前記パッケージ空洞(44)に装填された後に前記パッケージ(50)が蓋体(56)により密閉される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 各保管バスケット(30)が5個から10個の放射性要素(8)を収容する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記放射性要素が、摩損したロッドクラスタ制御ガイド(8)または使用済み燃料集合体である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 輸送および/または一時保管の前に、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装填方法を実行することを含む、放射性要素(8)の輸送および/または一時保管方法。
