Claims (15)
- 特に高温炉の内側を覆うための炭化繊維及び/又はグラファイト化繊維を備えた材料製の断熱体(11、11’)であって、該断熱体(11、11’)が少なくとも二つの部品(13、13’)から組み立てられ、少なくとも二つの組立てられた部品(13、13’)の各々が少なくとも一つの接続素子(17、17’)を有し、前記少なくとも二つの組立てられた部品(13、13’)の接続素子(17、17’)が、アンダーカット(19)を形成するように嵌め込みで係合する、断熱体。
- 前記少なくとも二つの組立てられた部品(13、13’)の接続素子(17、17’)が、更に、圧入部を形成するように圧力嵌めで係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱体。
- 前記少なくとも二つの組立てられた部品(13、13’)の接続素子(17、17’)が、前記断熱体(11、11’)の部品(13、13’)に直接形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の断熱体。
- 前記接続素子(17、17’)を含む前記部品(13、13’)のうち少なくとも一つ、好ましくは前記部品(13、13’)の全てが、炭化繊維及び/又はグラファイト化繊維からなる均一なフェルトから製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の断熱体。
- 前記接続素子(17、17’)を含む前記部品(13、13’)のうち少なくとも一つ、好ましくは前記部品(13、13’)の全てが、好ましくは炭化繊維及び/又はグラファイト化繊維からなる軟質フェルト、特に含浸フェルト、又は炭化繊維及び/又はグラファイト化繊維からなる硬質フェルトである同一の物質から製造されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の断熱体。
- 前記断熱体(11)が中空形状、好ましくは中空シリンダーとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の断熱体。
- 前記部品(13、13’)が平坦であるが、中空形状の壁を形成し、各アンダーカット(19)が前記壁の面法線に対して横方向に有効であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の断熱体。
- 前記部品(13、13’)のうち少なくとも二つ、好ましくは前記部品(13、13’)の全てが、蟻継ぎ接続を用いて組み立てられることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の断熱体。
- 前記接続素子が、実継ぎの矩形の溝(30)及び該溝(30)に嵌るさね(31)として設計されていて、前記溝及び前記さねの各々が、アンダーカット(19)を形成するように互いに傾斜した側面(21)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の断熱体。
- 長手方向に沿って、前記溝(30)及び前記さね(31)のいくつかの部分が、アンダーカットを形成しておらず、好ましくは圧入部も形成していないことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の断熱体。
- 前記部品(13、13’)がプレートとして形成されていて、前記接続素子(17、17’)が、各プレートの少なくとも二つの対向する細い側部(14)、好ましくは四つの細い側部全てに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の断熱体。
- 平坦な部品(13、13’)の接合面(15、15’)が、面法線の方向に沿って少なくとも一つの段差(27)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の断熱体。
- 断熱体(11、11’)、特に請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の断熱体を製造する方法であって、
炭化繊維及び/又はグラファイト化繊維を備えた材料製の少なくとも二つの部品(13、13’)を提供するステップであって、アンダーカット(19)を形成する嵌め込み係合用の少なくとも一つの接続素子(17、17’)が、少なくとも二つの組立てられる部品(13、13’)に設けられる、ステップと、
前記部品(13、13’)を組み立てて、前記接続素子(17、17’)を結合させることによって断熱体(11、11’)を形成するステップと、を備えた方法。 - 前記接続素子(17、17’)が、均一なフェルト材料、好ましくは軟質フェルト、特に含浸フェルト、又は硬質フェルトの部品ブランクの表面を機械加工することによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記部品(13、13’)を提供する際に、圧入部用の許容差が前記接続素子(17、17’)に設けられ、前記許容差が好ましくは最大0.5mm、より好ましくは最大0.25mm、最も好ましくは0.01mmから0.2mmの間であることを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
