Description
Claims (14)
- 自動車内の内燃エンジン(1)の排気システム(5)用熱交換器であって、
各々高温側(16)と低温側(17)とを有する多数の熱電素子(15)を備える少なくとも1個の熱電発電器(13)と、
少なくとも1個の当該熱電発電器(13)の熱電素子(15)の高温側(16)に配置される、熱媒体を伝導する少なくとも1個の加熱経路(18)と、
少なくとも1個の当該熱電発電器(13)の熱電素子(15)の低温側(17)に配置される、冷却媒体を伝導する少なくとも1個の冷却経路(19)とを備え、
少なくとも1個の熱電発電器(13)と、少なくとも1個の加熱経路(18)及び少なくとも1個の冷却経路(19)とが隣接して積載方向(20)に配置され、チャンネルスタック(21)を形成し、
前記チャンネルスタック(21)を受ける内部空間(22)を覆い、冷却媒体入口(9)と、冷却媒体出口(10)と、熱媒体入口(11)と、熱媒体出口(12)と、電気接続部(14)とを各熱電発電器(13)用に備えるハウジング(8)とを備え、
前記ハウジング(8)の前記内部空間(22)には、少なくとも1個の二重壁の中間底部(23)が配置され、前記中間底部(23)には、当該熱電発電器(13)の熱電素子(15)が配置され、かつ前記冷却経路(19)を、それに隣接する前記加熱経路(18)から流体的に分離する熱交換器。 - 前記各熱電素子(15)は、p導体及びn導体として構成される多数の熱電半導体エレメントを有する請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記各中間底部(23)は、高温壁(24)と、低温壁(25)と、高温壁(24)と低温壁(25)との間に形成される中間空間(26)とを備え、
前記各高温壁(24)は、このような加熱経路(18)の境界を示し、この加熱経路(18)の加熱手段から中間空間(26)を分離させ、
前記各低温壁(25)は、このような冷却経路(19)の境界を示し、この冷却経路(19)の冷却手段から中間空間(26)を分離させ、
前記各中間空間(26)において、前記熱電発電器(13)の熱電素子(15)が配置されることで、前記熱電素子(15)の高温側(16)は、前記高温壁(24)に直接又は間接的に接触し、前記熱電素子(15)の低温側(17)は、前記低温壁(25)に直接又は間接的に接触する請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記各中間底部(23)内の前記各熱電発電器(13)の前記熱電素子(15)は、個々にカプセル化されておらず、前記中間底部(23)を通じてグループとしてカプセル化されている請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記冷却経路(19)及び少なくとも1個の前記中間底部(23)を挿通して延在する熱媒体接続管(27)を通じて、少なくとも2個の前記加熱経路(18)が互いに流体的に電気接続され、及び/又は、
前記加熱路(18)及び少なくとも1個の前記中間底部(23)を挿通して延在する冷却媒体接続管(28)を通じて少なくとも2個の前記冷却経路(19)が互いに流体的に電気接続される請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記接続管(27、28)は、ハウジング(8)から間隔をおいて前記内部空間(22)内に延在する請求項5に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記チャンネルスタック(21)内では、積載方向(20)に対して、最初の経路及び最終の経路は、加熱経路(18)又は冷却経路(19)のいずれかの同じタイプの経路であり、
前記ハウジング8内の最初の及び最終の中間底部(23)は、最初の経路と、最終の経路と、存在する同じタイプの他の経路の各々を互いに流体的に接続させる接続管(28)により、周方向に閉じた積載方向(20)に対して横方向に密封されている請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 周方向は、積載方向(20)、又は積載方向(20)に対して横方向かつ前記チャンネルスタック(21)の長手方向に対して横方向に走る横方向である請求項7に記載の熱交換器。
- 最初の経路及び最終の経路は、前記冷却経路(19)である請求項7又は8に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記各中間空間(26)は、冷却媒体及び熱媒体の両方に対して密封されている請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記各中間空間(26)は、不活性ガスで充填されている、または真空を有する請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記各中間底部(23)は、前記ハウジング(8)内に配置され、積載方向(20)に互いに間隔が置かれている2つの分離した壁(24、25)により形成される請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記各中間底部(23)は、前記ハウジング(8)内に挿入された平らな管により形成される請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 多数の燃焼室(3)を含むエンジンブロック(2)と、
前記燃焼室(3)から排気ガスを排出する前記排気システム(5)と、
前記エンジンブロック(2)を冷却する冷却回路(6)と、
請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(7)と、
排気システム(5)に流体的に連結される前記加熱経路(18)と、
冷却回路(6)に流体的に連結される前記冷却経路(19)と
を備える自動車用の内燃エンジン。
