Claims (3)

照度計を使用して、前記反応混合物から放出された光を検出する工程と、を含み、
前記容器が、前記照度計に動作可能に結合されるように適合されたキュベット部を備える、方法。 - 照度計に動作可能に結合されるように適合された開口部及びキュベット部を有する容器と、
ルシフェリンを含む液体試薬組成物であって、閉鎖区画内に配設され、そのpHが約6.8以下である、液体試薬組成物と、
試料採取部を有する試料採取装置であって、
前記試料採取部が、試料を捕捉し、それを解放可能に保持するように適合され、
前記試料採取部が、繊維性又は発泡材料を含み、
前記試料採取装置が、前記液体試薬組成物と接触するとき、前記液体試薬組成物のpHを6.9以上に変える有効な量のpH調整試薬を含むコーティングを備える、試料採取装置と、を備える、器具。 - 照度計に動作可能に結合されるように適合された開口部及びキュベット部を有する容器と、
