- 前記ポリマー材料がポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)である、請求項4に記載のバネ、逆止弁、または方法。
- 前記バネが、前記胴部内に管腔を更に備え、前記近位開口部および前記遠位開口部が、前記管腔への流体連通を提供する、請求項1、2および3のいずれか一項に記載のバネ、逆止弁、または方法。
- 前記逆止弁が、約2インチ〜約4インチなど、または約2.5インチ〜約3.5インチなど、または約2インチなどの、約1インチ〜約5インチのサイズを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバネ、逆止弁、または方法。
- 前記逆止弁が化学物質送達用途において使用される、請求項1、2および3のいずれか一項に記載のバネ、逆止弁、または方法。
- 前記化学物質送達用途が半導体製造方法を含む、請求項8に記載のバネ、逆止弁、または方法。
- 前記逆止弁が、少なくとも36、少なくとも37、または少なくとも38などの、少なくとも35の流量係数値を含む、請求項1、2および3のいずれか一項に記載のバネ、逆止弁、または方法。
- 前記逆止弁が、少なくとも42、または少なくとも45などの、少なくとも40の流量係数値を含む、請求項10に記載のバネ、逆止弁、または方法。
- 前記逆止弁が、約0.5psig〜約0.9psig、または約0.5psig〜約0.75psig、または約0.6psig〜約1.0psig、または約0.75psig〜1.0psigなどの、約0.5psig〜約1.0psigのクラッキング圧力範囲を含む、請求項1、2および3のいずれか一項に記載のバネ、逆止弁、または方法。
- 前記壁が、約0.011〜約0.019インチなど、約0.012〜約0.018インチなど、または約0.013〜0.017インチなどの、約0.01インチ〜約0.02インチの平均厚さを有する、請求項1、2および3のいずれか一項に記載のバネ、逆止弁、または方法。
- 前記壁が約0.015インチ〜約0.018インチの平均厚さを有する、請求項13に記載のバネ、逆止弁、または方法。
- 前記バネが、前記逆止弁の筐体と係合および係脱するように構成される密封リップを備える、請求項1および3のいずれか一項に記載のバネまたは方法。
- 前記ベローズが、流体が前記逆止弁を通って、および前記近位開口部と前記遠位開口部とを通って流動することを可能にするように圧縮されると、前記密封リップが前記筐体と係脱する、請求項15に記載のバネまたは方法。
- 前記ベローズが、流体が前記逆止弁を通って流動することを防止するように拡張されると、前記密封リップが前記筐体と係合する、請求項15に記載のバネまたは方法。
- 前記バネが、前記筐体と係合および係脱するように構成される密封リップを備える、請求項2に記載の逆止弁。
- 前記ベローズが、流体が前記逆止弁を通って、および前記近位開口部と前記遠位開口部とを通って流動するように圧縮されると、前記密封リップが前記筐体と係脱する、請求項18に記載の逆止弁。
- 前記ベローズが、流体が前記逆止弁を通って流動することを防止するように拡張されると、前記密封リップが前記筐体と係合する、請求項19に記載の逆止弁。
