Description
Claims (13)
- 中心軸線を定めており、入口通路および少なくとも1つの出口通路を備えるバルブボディを備えているハウジングと、

ポペットと

前記ピストンに機械的に取り付けられるように構成された機械的取り付け部を備える第1の軸端部を定めている一体的な単一のボディと、
第1の個別のシール面および第2の個別のシール面を備える複数の個別のシール面を備える第2の軸端部と
を備え、前記第1の個別のシール面は、前記モジュール式シートとのシール接触をもたらすように構成され、前記第2の個別のシール面は、前記バルブボディとのシール接触をもたらすように構成され、両方の個別のシール面は、互いに軸線方向にオフセットされており、
前記バルブアセンブリが、前記ピストンに軸線を整列させたダイアフラムをさらに備える、バルブアセンブリ。 - 一体的な単一のポペットを、バルブアセンブリのモジュール式シートを通って、前記モジュール式シートの変形を伴わずに並進させるステップと、
前記ポペットを前記バルブアセンブリのピストンに機械的に取り付けるステップと
を含み、
前記バルブアセンブリが、前記ピストンに軸線を整列させたダイアフラムをさらに備える、方法。 - 前記バルブアセンブリが、中心軸線を定めるハウジングをさらに備え、前記ハウジングは、入口通路と少なくとも1つの出口通路とを備えるバルブボディを備える、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポペットを機械的に取り付けるステップが、前記モジュール式シートを通って行われる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポペットが、螺合インターフェースを介して前記ピストンに機械的に取り付けられる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポペットを前記モジュール式シートに接触する第1のシール位置から前記バルブボディに接触する第2のシール位置まで軸線方向に並進させるステップをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ポペットが、複数の個別のシール面を備え、前記複数の個別のシール面のうちの少なくとも1つが、半径方向において前記ポペットと前記モジュール式シートとの間に配置され、前記複数の個別のシール面のうちの少なくとも1つが、半径方向において前記ポペットと前記バルブアセンブリの前記バルブボディとの間に配置される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブアセンブリが、前記ピストンに軸線を整列させたグランドをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの出口通路が、第1の出口通路および第2の出口通路を備え、前記第1の出口通路および前記第2の出口通路は、同じ横断面内にある、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記入口通路が、前記第1の出口通路または前記第2の出口通路の少なくとも一方と同じ横断面内にある、請求項9に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記ポペットが、平坦かつ前記中心軸線との角度Θで前記複数の個別のシール面のうちの少なくとも1つと交わる下縁部を含むことができ、Θは少なくとも5°である、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記個別のシール面のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記中心軸線に平行な線と角度αを形成し、αは少なくとも5°である、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記個別のシール面のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記中心軸線に平行な線と角度βを形成し、βは少なくとも5°である、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
