Claims (12)
- − 軸受ハウジング(2)と、
− 前記軸受ハウジング(2)に挿入された軸受カートリッジ(8)と、
− 前記軸受カートリッジ(8)に取り付けられかつ軸方向に延びるシャフト(7)と、
− 前記軸受ハウジング(2)に接続される軸受ハウジングカバー(9)と、
− 前記シャフト(7)に配置されるタービンホイール(5)と、
− 前記シャフト(7)に配置されるコンプレッサホイール(6)とを備える排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)であって、
− 前記軸受カートリッジ(8)を前記軸方向に及び回転に対抗して固定するために、前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)が前記軸受カートリッジ(8)に直接接続される、
排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。 - 前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)が確動嵌めにより前記軸受カートリッジ(8)内に係合する請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 軸方向の固定作用を提供するために、前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)の半径方向内側に向けられた少なくとも1つの突起(14)が、前記軸受カートリッジ(8)の溝(16)内に突出する請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記突起(14)を挿入するために、前記溝(16)が少なくとも1つの位置で平坦にされる請求項3に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)が前記突起(14)と共に一体に、特に鋳造部分として製造される請求項3又は4に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)が複数の部分で形成される請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 回転に対抗する固定作用を提供するために、少なくとも1つの連続ピン(15)が前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)に及び前記軸受カートリッジ(8)に挿入される請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)の第1の孔(17)における前記ピン(15)の嵌合が移行又は締まり嵌めの形態であり、前記軸受カートリッジ(8)の第2の孔(18)における前記ピン(15)の前記嵌合が隙間嵌めの形態である請求項6に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- シールブッシュ(13)が前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)に挿入され、前記シャフト(7)が前記シールブッシュ(13)を通して延びる請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)が、細長い内側リングと共に前記軸受カートリッジ(8)を固定し、前記細長い内側リング(23)に、前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)に対してシールを提供するための少なくとも1つのピストンリング(24)が配置される請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)が、バヨネット接続部又はねじ接続部(12)によって前記軸受ハウジング(2)に接続される請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)を組み立てるための方法であって、
− 溝(16)を周囲に有する軸受カートリッジ(8)を設けるステップと、
− 半径方向内側に向けられた少なくとも1つの突起(14)を有する軸受ハウジングカバー(9)を前記軸受カートリッジ(8)に取り付けるステップであって、前記突起(14)が前記溝(16)内に係合するステップと、
− 前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)を前記軸受カートリッジ(8)に対して回転させるステップと、
− ピン(15)を前記軸受ハウジングカバー(9)に及び前記軸受カートリッジ(8)に挿入するステップと、
を含む方法。
