Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 電気推進力を有する車両用の蓄電システムであって、
各々が、中心対称軸を有する円筒形の形状を有し、一方の端部においては正の電極を有し、他方の端部においては負の電極を有する1パックの化学電池であって、該化学電池は、少なくとも1つの列に配置され、該列が該化学電池の中心対称軸に垂直に展開するように、前記化学電池は全て互いに平行であり、且つ所定のピッチで互いに隣接して配置される、1パックの化学電池と、
前記化学電池が互いに並列に接続される前記化学電池の一連の群のを形成し、前記化学電池の複数の群を互いに直列に接続するように、同じ列の前記化学電池の電極を接続する複数の電気的接続素子と、を含み、
前記電気的接続素子の各々は、導電体材料からなり、U字形の形状を有し、第1のヘッドプレートと、第2のヘッドプレートと、ブリッジプレートとを有する剛体から成り、該第1のヘッドプレートは、前記化学電池の同じ第1の群の前記化学電池の正の電極に電気的に接続され、該第2のヘッドプレートは、前記化学電池の前記第1の群に隣接する、前記化学電池の同じ第2の群の前記化学電池の負の電極に電気的に接続され、該ブリッジプレートは、前記化学電池の該2つの群の前記化学電池の上方又は下方に延びることによって、該2つのヘッドプレートを互いに接続する、
電気推進力を有する車両用の蓄電システム。 - 前記化学電池の各々は、前記化学電池の各々の電極の1つに隣接して配置される1つの安全弁を有し、
前記電気的接続素子の各々において、前記ヘッドプレートのうちの少なくとも1つは複数の貫通開口を有し、該複数の貫通開口は、対応する複数の前記化学電池の前記安全弁に対応して配置される、
請求項1に記載の蓄電システム。 - 前記化学電池の群の各々は、対応する前記化学電池の動作を制御するローカル制御装置を有する、
請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電システム。 - 前記化学電池の群の各々において、前記ローカル制御装置は、対応する前記電気的接続素子の前記ブリッジプレートによって機械的に支持される、
請求項3に記載の蓄電システム。 - 前記化学電池の群の各々において、前記ローカル制御装置は、前記化学電池の群の各々ごとに、前記2つの電極の端部での電圧、前記2つの電極の間を流れる電流の強さ、及び/又は対応する電気化学セルの温度を決定する、
請求項3又は4に記載の蓄電システム。 - 蓄電システム全体を制御し、前記ローカル制御装置に接続され、マスター/スレーブ方式によって前記ローカル制御装置と共に動作する中央制御装置を含む、
請求項3、4又は5のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電システム。 - その内部に複数の前記化学電池が配置される、プラスチック材料からなる支持マトリックスが設けられ、
前記電気的接続素子の各々の前記ブリッジプレートは前記支持マトリックスの壁の上に位置する、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電システム。 - 前記支持マトリックスは、個々の前記化学電池19の機械的強度よりも低い機械的強度を有し、衝突が起きた場合は、変形するように調整される、
請求項7に記載の蓄電システム。 - 衝突が起きた場合には、機械的結合を断絶させるように調節される機械的強度を有する機械的結合によって、前記ヘッドプレートの各々は、対応する前記化学電池の電極に機械的に接続される、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電システム。 - 前記電気的接続素子の各々において、前記2つのヘッドプレートは、対応する前記化学電池の電極に対して、ただ置かれる、
請求項9に記載の蓄電システム。 - 前記電気的接続素子の各々において、前記電気的接続素子の各々の変形により発生し、前記電気的接続素子の各々が前記化学電池に結合されるときにもたらされるスプリングバック力によって、前記2つのヘッドプレートが、対応する前記化学電池の電極に対して押し当てられる、
請求項10に記載の蓄電システム。 - 前記電気的接続素子の各々において、前記2つのヘッドプレートは、対応する前記化学電池の電極に溶接される、
請求項9に記載の蓄電システム。 - 前記複数の電気的接続素子の前記ブリッジプレートに熱的に結合される冷却システムを含む、
請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電システム。
