Claims (15)
- 複合材料に用いるための織物パーツ(10)であって、
補強経糸(17)及び補強緯糸(16)から形成される補強構造(15)と、
少なくとも一つの第1部分(20)及び少なくとも一つの第2部分(21)と、
を含み、
前記第1部分(20)内の前記補強経糸(17)及び前記補強緯糸(16)は互いに直接結束されており、
前記第2部分(21)内の前記補強経糸(17)は、前記補強経糸(17)と直接織り結束されていない前記補強緯糸(16)の上に配置されており、
前記第2部分(21)はいくつかの側で1以上の第1部分(20)と境界を接しており、及び/又は前記第2部分(21)内の前記補強構造(15)は、結束構造(25)を形成する結束緯糸(26)と結束経糸(27)との間で囲まれており、前記結束経糸及び結束緯糸は結束位置(35)において結束されている、
織物パーツ(10)。 - 直接隣接する2つの結束経糸(27)は、それぞれ、前記第2部分(21)の前記結束位置(35)において互いに交差する地経糸(36b)と絡み経糸(36a)を形成し、結束緯糸(26)は、前記結束位置(35)において前記地経糸(36b)と前記絡み経糸(36a)との間を延存する、請求項1に記載の織物パーツ(10)。
- 前記地経糸(36b)は補強経糸(17)又は結束経糸(27)より形成され、前記絡み経糸(26a)は結束経糸(37)により形成される、請求項2に記載の織物パーツ(10)。
- 前記地経糸(36b)と前記絡み経糸(36a)との間の前記交差位置は、前記結束緯糸(26)との前記結束位置(35)に位置する、請求項2又は3に記載の織物パーツ(10)。
- 前記第1部分(20)内の前記結束構造(25)を形成する前記結束経糸(26)及び前記結束緯糸(27)は、前記補強構造(15)の共有する側に位置する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の織物パーツ(10)。
- いくつかの補強経糸(17)及びいくつかの補強緯糸(16)がそれぞれ前記第1部分(20)内及び/又は前記第2部分(21)内を延存する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の織物パーツ(10)。
- 前記第2部分(21)内の前記補強構造(15)の交差位置(22)の数は、前記結束構造(25)内の結束位置(35)の数と同じかそれより大きい、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の織物パーツ(10)。
- 前記第2部分(21)内の前記補強経糸(17)及び前記補強緯糸(16)はまっすぐにされた状態で配列されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の織物パーツ(10)。
- 前記補強構造(15)は補強繊維糸(18)から作られており、前記結束構造(25)は結束繊維糸(28)から作られており、前記結束繊維糸(28)は前記補強繊維糸(18)よりも小さい断面、又は低いタイターを有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の織物パーツ(10)。
- 前記結束繊維糸(28)は、コア(29)と前記コア(29)を取り囲むコート(30)を有し、前記コア(29)は前記コート(30)よりも高い融点を有する、請求項9に記載の織物パーツ(10)。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の織物パーツを含む織物層(13)と、
前記織物層(13)に結合した可塑性材料と、
を含む、複合材料要素(11)。 - 補強経糸(17)及び結束経糸(27)と補強緯糸(16)及び結束緯糸(26)とを織機(40)に装荷する工程と、
前記補強緯糸(16)及び前記結束緯糸(26)をあらかじめ規定された順序で挿入する工程と、を含み、
結束タイプに応じた補強緯糸(26)を用いて緯糸挿入する際には、第1部分(20)を通って延存する前記補強経糸(17)の一部は上部杼口に位置し、他の部分は下部杼口に位置し、補強緯糸(16)を用いて緯糸挿入する際には、第2部分(21)を通って延存するすべての補強経糸(17)は常に同じ上部杼口又は下部杼口に位置し、
結束緯糸(26)を用いて緯糸挿入する際には、前記第1部分(20)を通って延存する前記補強経糸(17)はそれぞれ同じ上部杼口又は下部杼口に位置し、結束緯糸(26)を用いて緯糸挿入する際には、前記第2部分(21)を通って延存する前記補強経糸はそれぞれ同じ上部杼口又は下部杼口に位置し、そして前記結束タイプに応じて、この第2部分(21)を通って延存する前記結束経糸(27)の少なくとも一部はそれぞれ他方の杼口に位置し、
その結果、前記第1部分(20)内で織られた補強緯糸(16)と補強経糸(17)から補強構造(15)が形成され、且つその結果、前記第2部分(21)内では、前記補強緯糸(16)が直接織り結束されることなく前記補強経糸(17)の上に配置され、前記結束緯糸(26)及び前記結束経糸(27)の結束構造(25)によって囲まれている、
複合材料に用いるための織物パーツ(10)の製造方法。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の織物パーツ(10)を供給する工程と、
可塑性材料(52)を供給する工程と、
前記織物パーツ(10)を前記可塑性材料(52)に結束してシート状の複合材料要素(11)を製造する工程と、
を含む、複合材料要素の製造方法。 - 平面的な前記複合材料要素(11)が加熱され、加熱された状態で3次元の複合材料体(12)に再成形され、続いて冷却される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記織物パーツ(10)が型内に配置されてドレープを有して成形され、続いて前記可塑性材料が前記型内に注入される、請求項13に記載の方法。
