Abstract
Description

Claims (16)
- 磁性構造を作製する方法であって、
第1の場所において、基板上の担体中に磁化可能フェライトの組成物を形成するステップと、
前記第1の場所と異なる第2の場所において、前記基板上の前記組成物を磁化するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記組成物を伴う前記基板を前記第1の場所から前記第2の場所に移送するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記移送ステップに先立って、前記組成物を伴う複数の前記基板を収集するステップをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記形成ステップは、
前記組成物を包装基板上に堆積するステップを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記堆積ステップは、
前記組成物を包装材基板上に押出成形するステップを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記収集ステップは、
積層された包装基板にずれを生じさせるために、前記包装基板間に、十分な磁性相互作用をもたらさずに、前記組成物を含有する前記複数の前記包装基板を積層するステップを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記移送ステップは、
前記積層された包装基板を移送するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記磁化ステップに先立って、
前記第2の場所において、前記包装基板を分離するステップをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記磁化ステップは、
非積層包装基板を磁化ローラに暴露するステップを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 消費者製品のための包装材を形成する方法であって、前記包装材は、磁性封入体を有し、
第1の場所において、磁化可能組成物を包装基板上に堆積するステップであって、磁性組成物は、担体中に磁化可能フェライトを含む、ステップと、
前記第1の場所と異なる、第2の場所において、
基板上の前記組成物を磁化するステップと、
前記基板を包装材筐体に形成するステップと、
前記包装材を消費者製品で充填するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記堆積ステップは、
前記組成物を前記包装基板上に押出成形するステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記磁化可能組成物を含む複数の前記包装基板を前記第1の場所から前記第2の場所に移送するステップをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記移送ステップはさらに、
不整合を生じさせるために、積層された基板間に、十分な磁性相互作用をもたらさずに、前記第1の場所において、前記磁化可能組成物を含む前記包装基板を積層するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記磁化するステップは、
前記第2の場所において、前記包装基板を磁場に暴露するステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記形成ステップおよび前記充填ステップは、前記暴露ステップ後に実践される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記消費者製品は、板状ガムおよび棒状ガムから成る群から選択される、請求項10に記載の方法。
