Abstract
Description
流体を通すことができる部材と、
部材内に配置され、部材に対して回転することにより様々な角度位置をとることができる制御可能な回転式閉鎖手段とを含む種類のバルブである。
流体を枝分かれするための分枝ループと、
上記記載のバルブとを含み、部材には、実質的に同軸に且つ円筒形内部ハウジングに対して半径方向に開放した、流体用の主入口及び主出口が配置されており、閉鎖手段が、その少なくとも一つの角度位置で、入口と出口とを分離し、更に、副入口及び副出口が設けられており、
分枝ループは、副入口及び副出口によって、部材のハウジングに、閉鎖手段の傾斜した部分が主入口と主出口との間の連結を閉鎖するとき、流体をループに向かって枝分かれするように連結されている、流体流れシステムに関する。
流体を枝分かれするための分枝ループと、
上記記載のバルブとを含み、
流体の閉鎖手段は、部材の円筒形内部ハウジング内に、ハウジングの軸線に沿って並んだ二つの傾斜した閉鎖部分を含み、バルブは、閉鎖手段が少なくとも一つの角度位置にあるとき、流体をハウジングの軸線に沿って流すことができるように形成されており、閉鎖手段が少なくとも一つの別の角度位置にあるとき、閉鎖手段の二つの傾斜した部分の間、及び第2の傾斜した部分の下流の夫々で部材の内部ハウジングに連結された分枝ループに流すことができる、流体流れシステムに関する。
Claims (15)
- 流体を通すことができる部材(2)と、前記部材に対して回転することにより様々な角度位置をとることができる、前記部材に配置された制御可能な回転式閉鎖手段(3)とを含むある種類の、流体の流れを制御するためのバルブにおいて、
前記部材(2)は、円形断面を持つ円筒形内部ハウジング(4)を含み、
前記制御可能な回転式閉鎖手段(3)は、前記円筒形ハウジング(4)に対して傾斜した平面に配置された少なくとも一つの閉鎖部分(14)を含み、この閉鎖部分は、少なくとも一つの角度位置で、前記閉鎖手段(3)と前記部材(2)との間を確実に密封接触するように、周縁母線によって前記ハウジングの側壁(5)と協働する、バルブ。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記閉鎖手段(3)の前記傾斜した部分(14)は、回転ディスク(16)として形成されており、前記回転ディスクの周縁部(17)は、確実に円筒体−円筒体接触するように、前記円筒形ハウジングの前記側壁(5)との間で接触母線を形成する、バルブ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記傾斜した閉鎖部分(14)は、前記部材の前記円筒形ハウジング(4)の軸線(A)に関して実質的に45°の角度を形成する、バルブ。 - 請求項1、2、又は3に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記閉鎖手段(3)は、前記傾斜した部分(14)に、この部分を回転駆動するために連結された制御ロッド(15)を含み、前記制御ロッド(15)は、前記傾斜した閉鎖部分の中心を通って延びるとともに前記円筒形ハウジング(4)の前記軸線上に配置されている、バルブ。 - 請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記ロッド(15)及び前記傾斜した部分(14)は、一部品で形成されている、バルブ。 - 請求項4又は5に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記ロッド(15)は、前記傾斜した閉鎖部分とは反対側の部分が案内支承体(18)に取り付けられており、前記案内支承体は、前記部材に固定的に接合されており、及び/又はその出口が回転駆動手段に連結されている、バルブ。 - 請求項2乃至6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記部材には、前記円筒形内部ハウジング(4)に対して実質的に半径方向に開放した、流体用の少なくとも一つの入口(6)及び一つの出口(7)が配置されており、前記閉鎖手段(3)が、その少なくとも一つの角度位置でこれらを分離する、バルブ。 - 請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記流体入口(6)及び出口(7)は同軸に配置され、前記円筒形内部ハウジング(4)の前記軸線(A)に対して直交する、バルブ。 - 請求項7又は8に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記流体入口(6)及び出口(7)は円形であり、これらの入口及び出口の直径は、縁部が前記ハウジングの前記側壁(5)と協働する前記傾斜した部分の前記ディスク(16)の短軸よりも小さい、バルブ。 - 請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のバルブにおいて、

前記流体閉鎖手段(3)は、前記部材の前記円筒形内部ハウジング(4)内において、前記ハウジングの前記軸線(A)に沿って、互いに対して平行に又は角度的にオフセットした状態で、互いに並んで配置された二つの傾斜した部分を含み、流体入口及び出口は、前記閉鎖手段の前記傾斜した部分の各々に連結されている、バルブ。 - 請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記部材の前記円筒形内部ハウジング(4)に開放した、二つの異なる流体用の二つの別個の入口(6、6A)が前記部材(2)に配置されており、前記入口は、前記閉鎖手段(3)の前記傾斜した閉鎖部分(14)の少なくとも一つの角度位置で、前記部分によって分けられており、前記部材(2)には、前記閉鎖手段の前記傾斜した閉鎖部分(14)が前記二つの入口(6、6A)を開放する位置にあるときに前記二つの流体を混合するように、更に、前記ハウジングの前記軸線(A)上に前記閉鎖手段とは反対側に配置された出口(7)が配置されている、バルブ。 - 流体流れシステムにおいて、
流体を枝分かれするための分枝ループ(20)と、

前記分枝ループ(20)は、副入口(21)及び副出口(22)によって、前記部材の前記ハウジングに、前記閉鎖手段(3)の前記傾斜した閉鎖部分(14)が前記主入口(6)と前記主出口(7)との間の連結を閉鎖するとき、前記流体を前記ループ(20)に向かって枝分かれするように連結されている、流体流れシステム。 - 流体流れシステムにおいて、
流体を枝分かれするための分枝ループ(20)と、

前記流体の前記閉鎖手段(3)は、前記部材の前記円筒形内部ハウジング(4)内に、前記ハウジングの前記軸線(A)に沿って並んだ二つの傾斜した閉鎖部分(16、16A)を含み、前記バルブは、前記閉鎖手段が少なくとも一つの角度位置にあるとき、前記流体を前記ハウジングの前記軸線(A)に沿って流すことができるように形成されており、前記閉鎖手段が少なくとも一つの別の角度位置にあるとき、前記閉鎖手段の前記二つの傾斜した部分の間、及び前記第2の傾斜した部分の下流の夫々で前記部材の前記内部ハウジングに連結された分枝ループ(20)に流すことができる、流体流れシステム。 - 請求項14に記載のバルブにおいて、
