Abstract
Description
a.固体灰分生成材料と混合した全原油原料を、原料の炭素含量に基づいた所定の量の酸素および蒸気で膜壁ガス化反応器中へ導入する工程;
b.全原油を部分酸化して水素および一酸化炭素を熱原料合成ガスの形態で製造する工程;
c.熱原料合成ガスを蒸気生成熱交換器へ通過させて熱原料合成ガスを冷却しおよび蒸気を製造する工程;
d.蒸気を熱交換器からタービンへ導入して電気を生成する工程;および
e.冷却合成ガスを回収する工程。
Claims (15)
- 合成ガスおよび電気を製造する全原油原料のガス化のための統合プロセスであって、
a.原料として全原油および固体灰分生成材料を、原料の炭素含量に基づいた所定量の酸素および蒸気で膜壁ガス化反応器中へ導入する工程;
b.全原油を部分酸化して水素および一酸化炭素を熱原料合成ガスの形態で製造する工程;
c.熱原料合成ガスを蒸気生成熱交換器へ通過させて熱原料合成ガスを冷却しおよび蒸気を製造する工程;
d.蒸気を熱交換器からタービンへ導入して電気を製造する工程;および
e.冷却合成ガスを回収する工程
を含んでなる方法。 - 固体灰分生成材料は、微細分割粒子の形態であり、全原油と混合し、および液体原料の全重量の2重量%〜5重量%を構成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固体灰分生成材料は、Si、Al、Fe、Ca、Mg、P、K、Na、SおよびTiの天然および合成酸化物およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 全原油は、1重量%〜60重量%の36℃〜370℃の範囲で沸騰する軽質画分を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 全原油は、1重量%〜10重量%の36℃〜370℃の範囲で沸騰する軽質画分を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 全原油は、1重量%〜90重量%の36℃〜565℃の範囲で沸騰する軽質画分を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 全原油は、1重量%〜25重量%の36℃〜565℃の範囲で沸騰する軽質画分を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 軽質画分の水素含量は、12重量%〜16重量%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガス化反応器の操作温度は、1200℃〜1800℃の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガス化反応器における酸素対炭素のモル比は、0.5:1〜10:1の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガス化反応器における酸素対炭素のモル比は、1:1〜2:1の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガス化反応器における蒸気対炭素の比率は、重量で0.1:1〜10:1の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガス化反応器における蒸気対炭素の比率は、重量で0.5:1〜1:1の範囲である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 工程(e)からの冷却シンガスを所定量の蒸気で水−ガスシフト反応させ、水素および二酸化炭素の混合物を回収する工程をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水−ガスシフト反応容器における水対一酸化炭素のモル比は、5:1〜3:1の範囲である、請求項14に記載の方法。
