Description
Claims (39)
- 電力、化学物質、二酸化炭素及び水素を生成するための方法であって、
流動反応ゾーンにおいて、1つ又は複数の供給原料と1つ又は複数の酸化剤とを混合するステップと、
該反応ゾーンを1050°F〜1900°Fの温度に加熱して、二酸化炭素、一酸化炭素及び水素を含む合成ガスを提供するステップと、
該合成ガスの少なくとも一部を1つ又は複数のタービンに送るステップと、
該合成ガスの少なくとも一部をメタノール、ギ酸アルキル、ジメチルエーテル、アンモニア、フィッシャー・トロプシュ生成物、それらの誘導体又はそれらの組合せに変換するステップと
を含む方法。 - 合成ガスが本質的に無窒素である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 石灰岩、ドロマイト又はその両方を含有する1つ又は複数の吸着剤を供給原料及び酸化剤と混合するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 供給原料が、250μmから400μmの範囲の平均粒径を有する粒子に粉砕されている石炭を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 酸化剤が、少なくとも70容量%の酸素を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 酸化剤が、少なくとも70容量%の空気を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 供給原料が、高ナトリウム褐炭、低ナトリウム褐炭、亜歴青炭、歴青炭及び無煙炭からなる群から選択されている石炭系材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 合成ガスが、要求に応じて該1つ又は複数のタービン及びガス変換器に供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電力、二酸化炭素及び水素を生成するための方法であって、
1050°F〜1900°Fに加熱された反応ゾーンにおいて、ポリマー、バイオマス及び石炭を含む供給原料を、1つ又は複数の酸化剤と混合して、二酸化炭素、一酸化炭素及び水素を含む合成ガスを生成するステップであって、該ポリマーは、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブレンド、他のポリオレフィン、及びさらなる成分として酸素に限定されたポリ炭化水素からなる群から選択されている、該ステップと、
該合成ガスのすべて又は一部を1つ又は複数のタービンに送るステップと、
該合成ガスのすべて又は一部を1つ又は複数のガス変換器に送って、水素、メタノール、ギ酸アルキル、ジメチルエーテル、アンモニア、フィッシャー・トロプシュ生成物、それらの誘導体又はそれらの組合せを生成するステップと
を含む方法。 - 該合成ガスが、本質的に無窒素である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 吸着剤を該反応ゾーンに添加するステップであって、該吸着剤は、石灰岩、ドロマイト又はそれらの組合せを含むステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 該石炭が、150μmから450μmの平均粒径を有する粒子に粉砕されている、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 該ポリマーが、150μmから450μmの平均粒径を有する粒子に粉砕されている、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 加熱前に、粉コークスが該反応ゾーンに供給され、950°F〜1200°Fの温度に加熱される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 石炭が、高ナトリウム褐炭、低ナトリウム褐炭、亜歴青炭、歴青炭及び無煙炭からなる群から選択されている、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 酸化剤が、少なくとも70容量%の酸素を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 酸化剤が、少なくとも70容量%の空気を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 該1つ又は複数の燃焼タービンの少なくとも1つが、複合サイクルシステムの一部である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 該1つ又は複数の燃焼タービンの少なくとも1つが、統合ガス化複合サイクルの一部である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 電力、化学物質、二酸化炭素及び水素を生成するための方法であって、
プラスチック、石炭、灰及び1つ又は複数の酸化剤を流動反応ゾーンにおいて約1050°Fから約1900°Fの温度で混合するステップであって、該プラスチックは、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、それらの誘導体又はそれらの組合せを含んでいる、該ステップと、
二酸化炭素、一酸化炭素及び水素を含む1つ又は複数の合成ガス流を生成するステップと、
該1つ又は複数の合成ガス流の少なくとも一部を1つ又は複数のタービンに送るステップと、
該1つ又は複数の合成ガス流の少なくとも一部を1つ又は複数のガス変換器に送って、メタノール、ギ酸アルキル、ジメチルエーテル、アンモニア、フィッシャー・トロプシュ生成物、それらの誘導体又はそれらの組合せを生成するステップと
を含む方法。 - 該合成ガス流が、本質的に無窒素である、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 石灰岩、ドロマイト又はその両方を含有する1つ又は複数の吸着剤を該石炭及び酸化剤と混合するステップをさらに含む、請求項20に記載の方法。

- 該合成ガス流が、要求に応じて該燃焼タービン及びガス変換器に供給される、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 電力、化学物質、二酸化炭素及び水素を生成するための方法であって、
石炭系供給原料と窒素含有酸化剤を流動反応ゾーンにおいて混合するステップと、
該反応ゾーンを約1050°F〜1900°Fの温度に加熱して、二酸化炭素、一酸化炭素、窒素及び水素を含む合成ガス流を提供するステップと、
該合成ガス流の少なくとも一部を1つ又は複数のタービンに送るステップと、
該合成ガス流の少なくとも一部を変換して、メタノール、ギ酸アルキル、ジメチルエーテル、アンモニア、フィッシャー・トロプシュ生成物、それらの誘導体又はそれらの組合せを生成するステップと
を含む方法。 - 石灰岩、ドロマイト又はその両方を含有する1つ又は複数の吸着剤を該石炭及び酸化剤と混合するステップをさらに含む、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 石炭が、250μmから400μmの範囲の平均粒径を有する粒子に粉砕されている、請求項27に記載の方法。

- 電力、化学物質、二酸化炭素及び水素を生成するための方法であって、
流動反応ゾーンにおいて、1つ又は複数の炭素質材料を含む1つ又は複数の供給原料と、1つ又は複数の酸化剤とを混合するステップと、
該反応ゾーンを1050°F〜1900°Fの温度に加熱して、エラント酸素(errant oxygen)遊離酸素、二酸化炭素、一酸化炭素及び水素を生成するステップと、
エラント酸素が、水素と無制御の反応を持続させるのに十分な濃度に達するのを遅らせる、又は防止するのに十分な速度及びレベルでエラント酸素を吸収又は消費することが可能な1つ又は複数の材料を添加するステップと
を含む方法。 - 石灰岩、ドロマイト又はその両方を含有する1つ又は複数の吸着剤を該1つ又は複数の供給原料及び酸化剤と混合するステップをさらに含む、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 該炭素質材料が、250μmから400μmの範囲の平均粒径を有する粒子に粉砕されている、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 該供給原料が、高ナトリウム褐炭、低ナトリウム褐炭、亜歴青炭、歴青炭及び無煙炭からなる群から選択されている、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 第2の該材料は、炭素が豊富な灰を含む、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 該炭素が豊富な灰が、該流動反応ゾーン内を循環する、請求項37に記載の方法。
