C2H5OH+H2O→2CO+4H2 ΔH=57.2kcal/モル
Claims (19)
- 燃料源から水素を生成するための改質器であって、
少なくとも燃料を受入れて燃料を熱に変換するように構成された燃焼器を有し、前記燃焼器は、熱を、前記燃焼器の周りに環状に配置された改質器に供給し、前記燃焼器と前記改質器は、壁によって分離され、
前記燃焼器は、燃料燃焼反応を引起す触媒で被覆された構造化触媒支持部を含み、
前記改質器は、少なくとも燃料を受入れ、主に水素を含む改質油を生成するように構成され、
前記改質器は、更に、改質触媒ペレット、又は、燃料改質反応を引起す触媒で被覆された構造化触媒支持部を含む、改質器。 - 前記壁の両側は、触媒で部分的に覆われ、前記壁は、熱交換領域を形成し、前記熱交換領域において、前記燃焼器の供給物と前記改質器の生成物との間で熱が伝達され、前記改質器の供給物と前記燃焼器の生成物との間で熱が伝達される、請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記燃焼器の構造化触媒支持部は、波形の鉄クロム合金シートで形成される、請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記波形の鉄クロム合金シートは、パラジウム又は白金族、及びこれらの混合物の分散金属相を含む高表面積アルミナ膜で被覆される、請求項3に記載の改質器。
- 前記改質触媒はニッケル系の触媒である、請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 燃料源から水素を生成するための改質器であって、
少なくとも燃料を燃料源から受入れて主に水素を含む改質油を生成するように構成された改質器を有し、前記改質器は、前記改質器の周りに環状に配置された燃焼器から熱を受入れ、壁によって分離され、
前記燃焼器は、前記改質器と同じ又は別の燃料源から燃料を受入れて前記改質器に熱を供給するように構成され、
前記燃焼器は、燃料燃焼反応を引起す触媒で被覆された構造化触媒支持部を有し、
前記改質器は、燃料改質反応を引起す触媒を含み、前記改質器内の触媒は、ペレットの形態、又は、鉄クロム合金シート上に被覆された薄膜の形態をなす、改質器。 - 前記壁の両側は、触媒と部分的に接触し、前記壁は、熱交換領域を形成し、前記熱交換領域において、前記燃焼器の供給物と前記改質器の生成物との間で熱が伝達され、前記改質器の供給物と前記燃焼器の生成物との間で熱が伝達される、請求項6に記載の改質器。
- 前記燃焼器の構造化触媒支持部は、波形の鉄クロム合金シートで形成される、請求項6に記載の改質器。
- 前記波形の鉄クロム合金シートは、パラジウム又は白金族、及びこれらの混合物の分散金属相を含む高表面積アルミナ膜で被覆される、請求項6に記載の改質器。
- 前記改質触媒はニッケル系の触媒である、請求項6に記載の改質器。
- 主に水素の改質油を生成するために蒸気と燃料の混合物を改質器に供給する燃料処理システムに使用される統合型蒸気改質器/燃焼器アセンブリであって、
複数の管状部分を有し、前記管状部分の各々の内側は、燃焼器であり、前記管状部分の各々の内壁は、燃焼反応を引起す触媒で被覆された構造化触媒支持部に接触し、
a.更に、前記複数の管状部分を、間隔をあけて支持する少なくとも2つの管板と、
b.前記管板に連結された前記複数の管状部分を包囲する円筒形壁と、を有し、前記円筒形壁は、改質反応剤を供給する流路と、改質生成物を取出す流路とを有し、更に、前記複数の管状部分の外面と密接に接触する改質触媒を含み、前記改質触媒は、ペレットの形態の、又は、改質反応を引起す触媒で被覆された構造化触媒の形態をなし、
c.更に、一方の前記管板に接続され、且つ、燃焼器供給物を供給する流路を有する第1の反応器頭部と、
d.他方の前記管板に接続され、且つ、燃焼器生成物を取出す流路を有する第2の反応器頭部と、を有する統合型蒸気改質器/燃焼器アセンブリ。 - 更に、流れ分配器を前記第1の反応器頭部の内側に有し、前記流れ分配器は、前記第1の反応器頭部と結合した流路に接続される、請求項11に記載の統合型蒸気改質器/燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 更に、前記流れ分配器と前記管板の間の火炎防止装置を有する、請求項11に記載の統合型蒸気改質器/燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 更に、前記円筒壁の内部に配置された一組の隔壁を有し、前記隔壁は、前記改質器の流れを循環式に且つ前記管状部分を横切るように差向けるように前記管状部分に対して垂直である、請求項11に記載の統合型蒸気改質器/燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 更に、前記第1の反応器頭部の内部に配置されたマニホールドを有し、前記マニホールドは、前記第1の反応器頭部の流路を通る入口部分と、燃料を前記管状部分の各々の内部に直接供給するのに好適な形状を有する先端部と、を有する、請求項11に記載の統合型蒸気改質器/燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 空気だけが、前記第1の反応器頭部の流路の中を通して供給され、空気は、前記管状部分の内部のみで燃料と混合される、請求項11に記載の統合型蒸気改質器/燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 前記燃焼器の構造化触媒支持部は、波形の鉄クロム合金シートで形成される、請求項11に記載の統合型蒸気改質器/燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 主に水素の改質油を生成するために少なくとも燃料を改質器に供給する燃料処理システムに使用される統合型蒸気改質器/燃焼器アセンブリであって、
a.複数の管状部分を有し、前記複数の管状部分の各々の内側は、ペレットの形態、又は、改質反応を引起す触媒で被覆された構造化触媒支持部の形態のいずれかをなす改質触媒を含み、
b.更に、前記複数の管状部分を、間隔をあけて支持する少なくとも2つの管板と、
c.前記管板に連結された前記複数の管状部分を包囲する円筒形壁と、を有し、前記円筒形壁は、改質反応剤を供給する流路と、改質生成物を取出す流路とを有し、更に、燃焼反応を引起す触媒で被覆され且つ前記複数の管状部分の外面に密接に接触する燃焼構造化触媒を含み、
d.更に、一方の前記管板に接続され、且つ、反応器供給物を供給する流路を有する第1の反応器頭部と、
e.他方の前記管板に接続され、且つ、反応器生成物を取出す流路を有する第2の反応器頭部と、を有する、統合型蒸気改質器/燃焼器アセンブリ。 - 改質すべき前記燃料と燃焼すべき前記燃料とが、互いに同じ方向に又は逆の方向に流れる形態をなす、請求項1、6、11又は18に記載の統合型蒸気改質器/燃焼器アセンブリ。
