Claims (10)
- 実質的に水平の底面(B)と、排水処理タンク内(1)内に設けられ、プロペラシャフト(3)によって駆動されるプロペラ(4)を有する水平ミキサ(2,3,4)とを備える前記排水処理タンク(1)内に流れを生成する装置であって、
排水(W)の表面(O)に向かう流れを前記水平ミキサ(2,3,4)によって生成することができるように、前記プロペラシャフト(3)の軸(A)が前記底面(B)に対して1°〜10°の角度αだけ傾斜されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記角度αが、2°〜8°、好ましくは3°〜5°である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記排水処理タンク(1)が循環槽であり、循環流が前記水平ミキサ(2,3,4)によって生成される、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記排水(W)を曝気するための曝気装置(5)が前記底面(B)上に設けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記曝気装置(5)が、前記水平ミキサ(2,3,4)の下流に設けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 実質的に水平の底面(B)と、排水処理タンク内(1)内に設けられ、プロペラシャフト(3)によって駆動されるプロペラ(4)を有する水平ミキサ(2,3,4)とを備える前記排水処理タンク(1)内に流れを生成する方法であって、
排水(W)の表面(O)に向かう流れを前記水平ミキサ(2,3,4)によって生成されるように、前記プロペラシャフト(3)の軸(A)が前記底面(B)に対して1°〜10°の角度αだけ傾斜されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記角度αが、2°〜8°、好ましくは3°〜5°である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記排水処理タンク(1)が循環槽であり、循環流が前記水平ミキサ(2,3,4)によって生成される、請求項6又は7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 速度が0.25〜0.40m/s、好ましくは0.27〜0.37m/sの循環流が生成される、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記排水(W)が、前記底面(B)上に設けられた曝気装置(5)によって曝気される、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
