Claims (9)
- 排水用容器(14)と、実質的に垂直な軸を中心に回転可能でありかつ下向きに向けられた部分が排水の中に到達し得るロータとを備える、排水を曝気するための装置であって、ロータは、実質的に径方向におよび軸方向に方向付けられた面を有するブレード(4)を備え、前記ロータの回転の方向に湾曲した面(12)はブレード(4)の上部端縁(8)の近くに存在し、前記上部端縁(8)の近くの前記湾曲した面(12)は前記ブレード(4)の垂直面と10°から60°の間の角度をなすことを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記上部端縁(8)の近くの前記湾曲した面(12)は、前記ブレード(4)の前記垂直面と20°から40°の間、好ましくは約30°の角度を内包する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ブレード(4)の前記垂直面と、そこに平行に前記ロータの回転軸から延在する放射部との間の距離は、前記ロータの直径の0.01倍から0.10倍の間、より好ましくは約0.04倍である、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記ブレード(4)と湾曲部(12)との間の遷移部の半径は、前記ロータの直径の少なくとも0.02倍、好ましくは少なくとも0.05倍、より好ましくは約0.07倍である、請求項1、2または3に記載の装置。
- 前記湾曲部(12)の高さは、前記ロータの直径の0.03倍から0.10倍の間、より好ましくは約0.05倍である、先の請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記湾曲部(12)は、前記ブレード(4)の上側の一部に沿って、すなわち外側部分に沿って、好ましくはその30%〜70%に沿ってしか延在しない、先の請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 排水を曝気するためのロータであって、ロータは、円状に置かれ、かつ上部端縁(10)および下部端縁(6)を有する、実質的に径方向におよび軸方向に延在する面を有するブレード(4)を備え、前記ロータの回転の方向に湾曲した面(12)はブレードの前記上部端縁(8)の近くに存在し、前記上部端縁(8)の近くの前記湾曲した面は前記ブレード(4)の垂直面と10°から60°の間の角度をなすことを特徴とする、ロータ。
- 排水を曝気するための方法であって、大気と排水との間の境界面は水を撥ね散らすことによって増大し、前記排水中の汚泥は、前記水の中に流れおよび/または乱れを作り出すことによって浮遊状態に保持され、前記排水は、円状に配置されたいくつかのブレード(4)を前記排水を介して動かすことによって動き出し、ブレード(4)は実質的に径方向におよび垂直に延在し、ブレード(4)の上部端縁(8)は水面より上に延在し、前記水は前記ブレード(4)の速度によって上向きに運ばれ、次いで、斜め上向きに方向付けられかつ順方向に湾曲した前記ブレードの面(12)によって、移動の方向に対して横方向に投げ出され、前記上部端縁(8)の近くの前記湾曲した面(12)は垂直面と10°から60°の間の角度をなすことを特徴とする、方法。
- ロータは、前記ブレード(4)の前記速度が3から7メートル/秒の間、好ましくは4から6メートル/秒の間にあるような回転速度で回転することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
