Claims (30)
- 少なくとも1つの特徴を有する部品を成形する方法であって、
型内に少なくとも1個の繊維基材を配置し、ここで、該少なくとも1個の繊維基材は、基材マトリックス形成材料及び複数の繊維を含むものとし、
該型内に特徴形成材料を与え、ここで、該特徴形成材料は、特徴マトリックス形成材料を含むものとし、そして
該基材と該特徴マトリックス形成材料とを混合させるように圧力を加えてマトリックスを形成させ、かつ、該少なくとも1つの特徴を一体的に成形させること
を含む方法。 - 各繊維基材がシートを形成するように織られた複数の繊維を含み、及び/又は、各繊維基材が単方向テープを形成するように配置された複数の繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基材マトリックス形成材料が前記特徴マトリックス形成材料と同じ材料である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 各繊維基材が予備一体化シート部材として与えられる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記型内に第2繊維基材を配置し、前記少なくとも1個の繊維基材を少なくとも部分的に重ねる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記特徴形成材料を前記繊維基材間に設けてコアを形成させる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記特徴形成材料を少なくとも1つのプライの形で設ける、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記特徴形成材料を固体又は半固体の状態で前記型内に設ける、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記特徴形成材料が重合体及び任意に充填材を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記特徴形成材料が複数の短繊維をさらに含み、ここで、該短繊維は、前記少なくとも1個の繊維基材中の前記複数の繊維よりも短い、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記型が少なくとも1個の凹部を有する第1型部を備え、それによって、少なくとも前記特徴形成材料が、圧力を加えている間に該少なくとも1個の凹部に流入する、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記圧力を第2型部によって加える、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記圧力を真空バッグによって加える、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第2型部が少なくとも1個の凹部を有し、それによって、少なくとも前記特徴形成材料が該少なくとも1個の凹部に流入する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記特徴形成材料が、前記少なくとも1個の凹部に流入する前に、前記少なくとも1個の基材を通って流れる、請求項11又請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2型部を閉じることによって各繊維基材を所定のサイズに切断することをさらに含む、請求項12、14又は15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記圧力を加える前又は前記圧力を加えている間に前記基材及び/又は特徴マトリックス形成繊維を溶融させように熱を加える工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記繊維基材中の前記複数の繊維が天然繊維である、請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記繊維基材中の前記複数の繊維が合成繊維である、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記特徴形成材料中における前記複数の短繊維のそれぞれが天然繊維である、請求項10〜19のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記特徴形成材料における前記複数の短繊維が合成繊維である、請求項10〜19のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記合成繊維が炭素繊維である、請求項19又は21に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素繊維がリサイクル炭素繊維である、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力を加えることにより、前記特徴形成材料が前記繊維基材を通って流れる、請求項1〜23のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記特徴形成材料を、前記少なくとも1個の凹部の容量に相当する量で与える、請求項11〜24のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記特徴形成材料を、前記少なくとも1個の凹部に隣接して前記型内に配置される材料の別個の部分として与える、請求項11〜25のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜26のいずれかに記載の方法を使用して形成された成形部品。
- 成形部品であって、
少なくとも1個の繊維基材と、
マトリックスと
を備え、該部品が、同じ材料から該マトリックスと同時に形成された少なくとも1個の一体成形特徴を備える成形部品。 - 前記成形特徴が前記マトリックスと同じ材料から少なくとも実質的に完全に形成される、請求項28に記載の成形部品。
- 請求項27、28又は29のいずれかに記載の成形部品の特徴を有する成形部品を備える車両。
