Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- CTスキャナであって:
検査領域を通過する放射を放出する放射源;
前記検査領域をはさんで前記源の反対側に位置する放射感応検出器であって、前記検査領域およびその中の被験体の一部を通過する放射を検出してそれを示す信号を生成する放射感応検出器;および
前記被験体を前記検査領域内で位置させる、基部を含んでいる被験体台を含んでいる、
CTスキャナと;
前記被験体台の基部に統合されている、超音波プローブを含んでいるHIFU装置と;
前記CTスキャナおよび前記HIFU装置の両方の動作を制御する主コントローラと;
グラフィカル・ユーザー・インターフェースにおいて、HIFU手順のための少なくとも一つの基準マーカーに対する前記超音波プローブの位置を示す、前記スキャナによって得られたCT画像データを、先に生成されたHIFU手順計画に重畳させて視覚的に呈示する処置ナビゲーターとを有する、
システム。 - 前記少なくとも一つの基準マーカーに対する前記超音波プローブの位置の変化が、前記先に生成されたHIFU手順計画に重畳された前記CTデータの前記視覚的な呈示において視覚的に追跡される、請求項1記載のシステム。
- グラフィカル・ユーザー・インターフェースにおいて、前記被験体の先に得られたCT体積データを視覚的に呈示し、ユーザーによって同定されたHIFU手順ゾーンを示す信号を受領し、前記先に得られたCT体積データおよび前記HIFU手順ゾーンに基づいて前記HIFU手順計画を生成する処置プランナーをさらに有する、
請求項1または2記載のシステム。 - 前記先に得られたCT体積データが前記被験体のMR、PETまたはUSデータと融合され、前記HIFU手順計画はその組み合わされたデータおよび前記HIFU手順ゾーンに基づいて生成される、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 前記被験体台が:
アパーチャと;
前記アパーチャが閉鎖される第一の位置と前記アパーチャが開放される第二の位置との間で動くよう構成された窓とを有し、
前記超音波プローブは前記アパーチャの背後に位置され、前記窓が前記第二の位置にあるときに前記HIFU手順の間に前記被験体にHIFU超音波を加えるよう作動させられる、
請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか一項記載のシステム。 - 前記被験体台に取り付けられたプローブ・ホルダーをさらに有し、前記プローブ・ホルダーは前記アパーチャの背後の位置に前記超音波プローブを保持する、
請求項5記載のシステム。 - 前記プローブ・ホルダーが、少なくとも二つの位置の間で動くよう構成された関節式アームを有し、前記少なくとも二つの位置の間で前記関節式アームを動かすことが、前記プローブを前記少なくとも二つの位置の間で動かす、
請求項6記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも二つの位置の間で前記関節式アームを電子的に動かすプローブ・ホルダー・コントローラをさらに有する、
請求項6または7記載のシステム。 - 前記HIFU手順が、関心対象組織への薬投与と関連した組織アブレーション手順または組織温熱療法手順からなる手順の群からの手順である、請求項1ないし8のうちいずれか一項記載のシステム。
- 前記HIFU装置が物理的に前記被験体台に統合されている、請求項1ないし9のうちいずれか一項記載のシステム。
- 前記処置ナビゲーターが、前記グラフィカル・ユーザー・インターフェースにおいて、リアルタイムCTデータを、前記先に生成されたHIFU手順計画にリアルタイムで重畳させて視覚的に呈示する、請求項1ないし10のうちいずれか一項記載のシステム。
- CTスキャナを使って、被験体のHIFU手順との関連でHIFU装置のHIFU超音波プローブのCT画像データを収集する段階と;
前記CT画像データを、三次元体積画像データおよび視覚的に同定されたHIFU処置ゾーンを含むHIFU手順計画の視覚的呈示の上に重畳する段階と;
前記視覚的に呈示された重畳されたデータを使って、前記HIFU超音波プローブを、前記HIFU処置ゾーンと整列させる段階であって、前記HIFU超音波プローブは前記CTスキャナの被験体台の基部に統合されたHIFU装置の一部である、段階と;
前記視覚的に呈示された重畳されたデータ中の前記HIFU超音波プローブの位置における変化を視覚的に追跡する段階とを含む、
方法。 - 前記被験体台のテーブルトップのアパーチャを覆う窓を開く段階であって、前記HIFU超音波プローブは前記アパーチャの下に位置されている、段階と;
前記窓が開いた前記アパーチャを通じた前記被験体の処置のために、前記HIFU超音波プローブを、前記HIFU処置ゾーンと整列させる段階とをさらに含む、
請求項12記載の方法。 - 前記HIFU手順を実行していないときに、前記窓を閉じ、それにより前記アパーチャを覆う段階をさらに含む、
請求項13記載の方法。 - 前記HIFU超音波プローブを支持する前記HIFU装置の関節式アームを動かして、前記HIFU超音波プローブを前記アパーチャの外に動かす段階をさらに含む、請求項12または13記載の方法。
