Description
Claims (5)
- 蒸解工程を通じて木材屑に含まれているリグニン成分を除去するステップと、
前記リグニンの除去された木材屑を破砕して木粉を製造するステップと、
前記木粉に高分子樹脂及び添加剤を投入した後に混練してゲル状の混合物を製造するステップと、
前記製造された混合物を押出成形、射出成形または圧縮成形して木材プラスチック複合材を製造するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする木材プラスチック複合材の製造方法。 - 前記蒸解工程は、
前記木材屑と水との液比を1:2.0〜5.0にして蒸解器内に投入し、二酸化硫黄または硫酸からなる蒸解液を添加した後、80〜160℃で120〜180分間蒸解することにより行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の木材プラスチック複合材の製造方法。 - 前記木粉は、
前記木粉内の水分含有率が10〜20重量%になるように80〜120℃の温度に加熱して乾燥したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の木材プラスチック複合材の製造方法。 - 前記混合物は、
木粉10〜90重量%と、高分子樹脂(PP、PE、PVC、ABS、PS、PC及びPMMAのうちのいずれか一種または複数種を選択的に)10〜50重量%と、結合剤3〜6重量%と、UV安定剤0.2〜1重量%と、相溶化剤0.1〜50重量%と、充填剤1〜50重量%と、酸化防止剤0.1〜30重量%と、潤滑剤0.1〜30重量%及び顔料0.1〜30重量%の添加剤を選択的に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の木材プラスチック複合材の製造方法。 - 請求項1から請求項4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の製造方法により製造されることを特徴とする木材プラスチック複合材。
