第2部品に接続され、かつ容器又はチューブの外部に延びて、中空部材を上側位置と下側位置との間で選択的に移動させる手段と
を備える、バルブアセンブリ。 - 中空部材を上側位置と下側位置との間で選択的に移動させる手段は、ガスポートを通って中空チューブに、そして中空部材に流入するガス流を含み、中空部材は、中空部材を下側位置から上側位置に移動させるために十分大きなガス圧により膨張する、請求項4記載のバルブアセンブリ。

隔壁継手の環状フランジに取り付けられる、又は環状フランジと一体に形成される中空ハウジングであって、中空ハウジングが、
環状フランジの中心の開口部と連通し、かつ液体を容器又はチューブから流入させるように構成される液体流入口と、
液体流出口とを備える、中空ハウジングと、
中空ハウジングの内部に軸線方向に配置され、かつ固体プランジャーが、環状フランジの中心の開口部を閉塞する第1位置と、固体プランジャーが環状フランジの高さよりも上方に上昇することにより、容器又はチューブからの液体が、環状フランジの中心の開口部の一部を通って流れることができる第2位置との間の軸線方向往復移動を可能にするように支持される固体プランジャーとを備える、バルブアセンブリ。 - 流体発生装置の背圧を制御する三方向バルブアセンブリであって、三方向バルブアセンブリは、
一方の端部において、流体発生装置からの排出流体の流入口に係合するように適合させたメインバルブ本体部分であって、メインバルブ本体部分が中心軸を画定する、メインバルブ本体部分と、
第1端部及び第2端部を有するベローズ又はバルブステムであって、ベローズ又はバルブステムが、第1端部に位置し、かつメインバルブ本体部分の内部に軸線方向に配置される固体プランジャーを備え、ベローズ又はバルブステムが、固体プランジャーが、流体発生装置からの排出流体の流入口を閉塞する第1位置と、固体プランジャーが、流体発生装置からの排出流体の流入口を開放する第2位置との間の軸線方向往復移動を可能にするように支持される、ベローズ又はバルブステムと、
ベローズ又はバルブステムの第2端部に接続される二方向バルブであって、二方向バルブが、ベローズを膨張させるガス流入口、及びベローズを収縮させるガス流出口を選択的に制御するように構成される、二方向バルブと
を備える、三方向バルブアセンブリ。 - ベローズを、固体プランジャーが排出流体流入口を、ベローズが膨張すると閉塞する第1位置に移動させ、ベローズを、プランジャーが排出流体流入口を、ベローズが収縮すると開放する第2位置に移動させるように構成される、請求項7記載の三方向バルブアセンブリ。
- 更に、メインバルブ本体部分の内部に軸線方向に配置され、かつベローズ又はバルブステムを保持し、ベローズ又はバルブステムの運動を軸線方向に誘導するように構成されるチューブ状本体を備える、請求項7記載の三方向バルブアセンブリ。
- 流体発生装置は、バイオリアクター又はミキサーを備える、請求項7記載の三方向バルブアセンブリ。
- 流体発生装置からの排出流体はガスである、請求項7記載の三方向バルブアセンブリ。
- バイオ処理を行う加圧反応装置系であって、加圧反応装置系は、
圧力継手及び補強材のうちの少なくとも一方を含む可撓性壁又は半剛性壁を備える1回使い切り容器と、
可撓性壁又は半剛性壁の少なくとも一部を取り囲む網目又は網目構造とを備える、加圧反応装置系。 - 請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つのバルブアセンブリを含む、請求項12記載の加圧反応装置系。
