Abstract
Description
本発明は、転がり軸受部品、特に転がり軸受の軌道輪に関する。
転がり荷重を支持するための機械要素は、たとえば欧州特許第1774187号明細書および欧州特許第1774188号明細書から公知である。この機械要素は、マルテンサイト組織を有する鋼から成る転がり軸受要素、特に軌道輪であり、この転がり軸受要素は、熱化学的に形成された、窒素濃度増大された縁層を有する。
本発明の根底を成す課題は、転がり軸受部品を上記公知先行技術に比べて改良することである。
この課題は、本発明によれば、請求項1に記載の特徴を備えた転がり軸受部品によって解決される。転がり軸受部品は、好ましくは軌道輪として形成されていて、以下に挙げる特徴を具備している:
外側から内側に向かって減少する窒素含量を有する、窒化処理された縁ゾーン、
少なくともほぼ一定の硬度を有するコアゾーン、
縁ゾーンにおける外側から内側に向かって減少する圧縮残留応力、
0.04mmの深さにおける870〜1000HV0.3の硬度(以下「縁硬度」とも呼ぶ)、
この場合、0.3mmの深さにおける硬度は、縁硬度よりも最大で250HV0.3だけ小さい。
図1には、全体を符号1で示した転がり軸受、つまり玉軸受の一部が図示されている。この玉軸受1は、軌道輪2,3、つまり、内輪2および外輪3(一般的に「転がり軸受部品2,3」と呼ぶ)と、同じく「転がり軸受部品」に含まれる転動体4とを有している。転がり軸受部品はすべて、この場合には金属の材料から製造されている。

Claims (9)
- 転がり軸受部品(2,3,4)であって、
外側から内側に向かって減少する窒素含量を有する、窒化処理された縁ゾーン(5)と、
コアゾーン(6)と、
前記縁ゾーン(5)における外側から内側に向かって減少する圧縮残留応力と、
0.04mmの深さにおける870〜1000HV0.3の硬度と、
を有し、
0.3mmの深さにおける硬度が、0.04mmの深さにおける硬度よりも最大で250HV0.3だけ小さいことを特徴とする転がり軸受部品(2,3,4)。 - 0.3mmの深さにおいて、HV0.3で表される硬度が、0.04mmの深さにおける硬度の75%よりも大きい、請求項1記載の転がり軸受部品(2,3,4)。
- 表面における圧縮残留応力の絶対値が、最小で500MPaであり、最大で1000MPaである、請求項1または2記載の転がり軸受部品(2,3,4)。
- 0.05mmの深さにおける圧縮残留応力の値が、表面における圧縮残留応力の値の60%よりも小さい、請求項3記載の転がり軸受部品(2,3,4)。
- 前記縁ゾーン(5)における窒素含量の最大値の80%が下回られる深さ(80N)は、圧縮残留応力が最大圧縮残留応力の80%となる深さ(80σ)の少なくとも1.75倍の深さに相応する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受部品(2,3,4)。
- 前記縁ゾーン(5)における窒素含量の最大値の80%が下回られる深さ(80N)は、圧縮残留応力が最大圧縮残留応力の80%となる深さ(80σ)の最大で8倍の深さに相応する、請求項5記載の転がり軸受部品(2,3,4)。
- 当該転がり軸受部品が軌道輪(2,3)として形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受部品(2,3)。
- 当該転がり軸受部品が転動体(4)として形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受部品(4)。
- 請求項7または8記載の転がり軸受部品(2,3,4)を有する転がり軸受。
